Anthony Modica truly shined as my rep. Extremely personable when we met, as well as continued to respond to emails and phone calls. When we had an issue with the timing of our custom email signature - Anthony communicated, helped us get what we need, and kept in touch all within a short time period, which was even shorter than we had first been trying to be initiated for a couple of weeks. We both showed mutual respect and understanding of the other person and their positions. I see why he is a senior account executive and should continue to rise. Our onboarding timing and rep (separate and not Anthony Modica) was personable and answered lots of questions, but unfortunately did not provide accurate timelines for things to be completed. When things were missed, we would not be responded to, or hear what things were occurring. This is why we reached out to Anthony and were able to get answers to what we are building. This product/software is easy to use for admin and users. It is straightforward when creating a signature and has many great features; my favourite are the campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if I could customize some aspects myself. For example, I love the layout of a few templates, but I would have liked to have certain things on the following line, even if they would fit on the same one (for example, website below phone number rather than beside it). The most helpful about WiseStamp is the templates. The ease of implementation and integration (literally took seconds). The upside is for small businesses there are free templates that displays professional email signatures. I'm grateful I found WiseStamp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I can create multiple signatures for multiple accounts. As a consultant, some of my clients want me on their email system. This tool allows me to easily keep a consistent look and feel across different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I have to pay for it, not because it is not good, but because I think email platforms should have better tools built in. So, in that sense they have found a problem and offered a good solution.
