I wanted to know specific and best practice ways to be great at what I do. I knew a lot of the more general stuff from experience and speaking with people, but the Winning By Design course gave me very specific ways to promote both success for myself and for my clients as well. I really enjoyed both the quiz and role-playing exercises. I personally struggle to learn when only watching a webinar or reading a book. The full circle approach to the course made it very engaging for me and very easy to follow. Also, coach Alia was absolutely fantastic, inspiring, and answered a lot of questions I had in a concise, succinct, and approachable manner which I really appreciated. Chris Allison was the trainer for my group and he was excellent. He is a fantastic trainer and clearly knowledgeable about the subject. I also really liked that he had a background in sales and that he was able to bring his experience to the table. I learned so much in his course.
