Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:

I was part of the Customer Success/Account Manager training with my peers within our org and Alia was our Customer Success Coach. Throughout the 5 weeks, I enjoyed how each week was designed to allow us to learn about specific topics/concepts a few days prior to the actual in-session training, where we would then go more in-depth with the focus of the week as a team and have breakouts to practice what we're learning that helped foster collaboration with one another. There would be post-work after each session that put everything together and really helped me better grasp each of the topics/concepts.

I cannot recommend Winning by Design enough because it really helped open my eyes to what I may be doing well in my role today, but more importantly where my areas of improvement are. Even the little things make the biggest difference and I was able to capture that information through this course. I just wish I would have had access to this sooner to start implementing these strategies sooner and reap the benefits in my customer conversations.

Alia is simply amazing in how she helped gave everyone a voice in our sessions to share their thoughts and views, while also maintaining a fun environment for us all to learn in. Another thing that stuck out was how she also challenged us to dig deeper in those same thoughts and views to unlock more than we realized and expand our minds. It was a great learning from her every week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Winning by Design?

The structure of the course with the pre-work, session, and post-work. The collaborative nature of each session that made me enjoy what we discussed every week and how in-depth the material went that resonated with my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

The only downside would be the 2 hours each week dedicated to the actual session. I would like to see that split over two days (1 hour each) to balance it better with one's workload during the day/week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating the journey for the customer with each conversation starting with a goal and leading to a positive end result. Being able to dig deeper in customer conversations to help us and the customer understand where the challenge or pain really is coming from and its impact in the long run. Strong storytelling that resonates with customers and making them the hero instead of us and instead being a sidekick to help them become successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Winning by Design?

The sessions are structured in a super organised manner, providing participants with the educational-stack in advance and defining clear agendas. This simplified preparing for each session and making the most out of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

Nothing to mention here! Everything was great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Prospecting for Impact course was tailored to provide new SDRs / AEs with an outline of how to establish an efficient outbound strategy, as well as follow predefined processes. Even with 5-years of experience in Sales, this course really helped refine my skills and review prior processes. A big shoutout to my trainer Shane McGrath for his insights and the great experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Winning by Design?

Chris Allison was the trainer for my group and he was excellent. He is a fantastic trainer and clearly knowledgeable about the subject. I also really liked that he had a background in sales and that he was able to bring his experience to the table. I learned so much in his course.

Also, he was a proper trainer and created engagement in the course. It wasn't a death by powerpoint sort of training, which I greatly appreciate. Thanks Chris! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

I don't have much to say. I think it's a sound methodology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great format, high quality collateral and interactive sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

It was time-consuming. When you consider the pre-work and the live sessions the program was nearly 12 hours long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

Winning by Design gave me the tools to enable my team to reach their highest potential. Our session leader, Antoine Mandy did a phenomenal job modelling the skills. The program gave me the paradigm to evaluate my team's strengths, conduct attention-grabbing remote meetings, lead effective roleplays and how I can provide high impact coaching. Working remotely offers many benefits and some novel challenges for leadership. Winning by Design has given the me the tools I need to lead my team to success. What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

I can not share any because all the information that has been shared was so clear, with valuable additional materials, not only a theory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have other recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

I gained two benefits from the WbD training: the REKS analysis for people and the questions and process for 1:1 meetings. I will continue using these two in my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Winning by Design?

Engaging, specific trainings that are tailored to individual, customized outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

I think the physical workbooks could be distilled and a little more tailored to active note-taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

WBD does a great job of very advanced AE training, which is often hard to come by as many programs are more general. Antoine is fantastic - super attentive, creative, and knowledgable. He is a great teacher and knows what he is doing. As sellers advance and become more experienced, improving can be harder and harder. WBD does a great job of aligning trainings to specific skill levels as well as products and companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
