The product was quick and easy to use. Team members loved the Toasty gift cards and were appreciative. Multiple options to "fund" the gift cards are available (credit card and ACH.) I have used both and was pleased. Credit card is best when in a hurry. The ACH funding method takes a couple of days (as normal) but is free of any commision. Did I mention that using the platform itself is free? The customer service team was outstanding thoughout the process. In some countries the gift card selection is not as good as in the US or other major countries. We sent gift cards to US, Canada, and Mexico and team members were happy with the options. We gave everyone on our team a Toasty gift card as our end of year gift and I highly recommend! It would be great if the gift card options per country did not change. When I first inquired there were dozens of options for one of our countries, then when we went to redeem there were only a few. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage campaigns. Adding participants and completing the ordering process is quick and straightforward. I love its versatility: when I need to send gifts to just a few people, I can enter their information one by one. I highly recommend using Toasty. Their main selling point is kept—everything is simple and quick. I was especially impressed with the reporting features available. After using Toasty, we have seen a positive difference in our gift-giving program. Before, we sent rewards only very occasionally because it was time-consuming to do it all manually. Now that we can send in bulk to all of our employees at once, and can automate gifts for special individual occasions as well so we don’t forget (yikes..) I really like the freedom that gives the Toasty Choice Card since our colleagues can choose their own reward.
