The product was quick and easy to use. Team members loved the Toasty gift cards and were appreciative. Multiple options to "fund" the gift cards are available (credit card and ACH.) I have used both and was pleased. Credit card is best when in a hurry. The ACH funding method takes a couple of days (as normal) but is free of any commision. Did I mention that using the platform itself is free? The customer service team was outstanding thoughout the process. In some countries the gift card selection is not as good as in the US or other major countries. We sent gift cards to US, Canada, and Mexico and team members were happy with the options. It would be great if the gift card options per country did not change. When I first inquired there were dozens of options for one of our countries, then when we went to redeem there were only a few. After using Toasty, we have seen a positive difference in our gift-giving program. Before, we sent rewards only very occasionally because it was time-consuming to do it all manually.
