I love how the program is set up with large modules comprising smaller lessons that all tie into the module. Each month is the lesson, and the material is presented in different formats (articles, videos, short text / graphics, etc.). I also love the ability to go back and review lessons because it's impossible to remember all of the material, especially after the first year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is tough to find something to dislike. The only piece I do not appreciate is some of the navigation (finding where you were or going back to a previous lesson and trying to find it). It is a stretch to find a negative about the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We like the flexibility of going thorugh the course stud y on our time when it is most convenient. The cost in terms of dollars and time are far less than attending a traditioanl leadership seminar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times the amount of work to be done after each lesson can be overwhelming. We are seeing an overlap of material and it is become increasingly dificult to really implement some of the lessons learned before the next lesson is calling for action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Real-Life Application: The platform promotes practical application of leadership concepts learned during training to real-life work scenarios. The monthly group meetings enable our leaders to discuss how they can implement what they've learned in their roles, which, in turn, enhances their leadership effectiveness and our overall team performance. While the pre-built content is excellent, we appreciate more frequent updates to reflect the latest leadership trends, best practices, and industry-specific insights. Additonaly the power points from the pre-built trainings can be lacking. Ensuring the material remains fresh and relevant would enhance the long-term value of the platform. Wildsparq provides already created and curated content for us to work into training and developing our leaders in a simple yet impactful way. The recent upgrade where we schedule the team meeting does not work for us. Our team meetings occur the first week after the calendar month closes and the system will not let me schedule it. I have to input an aribitrary date to "check that off" and then it sends messages to the team that gets them confused since it is not the real date.
Also - I would like it if the discussion guide could either be in word format or that with the discussion questions there was "fill in the blank" spaces for people to write their responses. I have to re-create the discussion guide in Word then send out to our people so that they have a document they can write their reponses in so they are prepared for the group discussion. I like how it hits on various forms of learning to engage the audience. There are videos to watch, articles to read, and sometimes podcasts to listen to as well. The questions are personal and engaging and it has an easy user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the roundtable questions have the presumed pretext that the person already has a direct report, which is not always the case, so those tend to be conusing to answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is that the content is easy to digest and a minimal time commitment. We are all busy focusing on our day to day responsibilities and managing our teams, its nice to be able to redirect that time in a focused way on content that makes us better and more effective at what we need to do for our team members. Sometimes the content can feel a little bit repetitive as we have been on the platform for a long time now. I also sometimes cannot relate to the companies that they use as an example like Amazon or Google. I also feel that they need to be more mindful of diversity, equity and inclusion. The commenting daily for points. I wish that there were short questions to answer beyond the lesson that could spark new but relevant and continued conversation surrounding the lesson. The most helpful thing about Wildsparq is that the lessons are specifically tailored to the workplace environment of Chick-fil-A. This makes it easier for the participants to envision how they can apply the learned concepts within their daily actions as leaders in the restaurant. Wildsparq has also helped the team learn how to work with people of different personality types in order to increase productivity as a team and maintain trust between each other. I wouldn't say I dislike Wildsparq, but an app on the app store would be very beneficial since it would be much easier to use than a web browser on a mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The training modules are very focused on leadership development, so when working with at team that isn't at a leadership level, the facilitator will have to "adapt" the leadership lessons to something more applicable to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
