As someone who has to facilitate the WildSparq meeting where the team together discusses their learning, I liked that WildSparq provides me with the PowerPoint information and a Leader's Guide so that I don't have to navigate the conversations how I think is best. I'm using their guidance for how to conduct the conversation, which is super important, especially when the subjects can make people a bit vulnerable at points. I don't have the stress of drawing out the learnings from the team because I just follow the directions. It makes it easy for me to facilitate and the team enjoys the time together investing in themselves and each other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I don't see any downside to using WildSparq. Everyone I have come into contact with over there is genuine and PASSIONATE about their mission and I love it. They are not just talking the talk. They walk the walk in their own company. They're not just selling something - They're sharing something that has worked and works for them to create great leaders and an incredible culture. I love that. The ONLY thing I would say is that as we are early into using WildSparq, I haven't seen a HUGE change in my team's behavior and I did share that feedback and we all agreed it's most likely because of the short time frame we've been using it. I wouldn't change it because those who are benefitting from it and really thinking about the lessons ARE growing. I would just like to see them encorporate more of the learnings day to day instead of just up to the meeting and in the meeting. I have tried to be more mindful about doing my lessons early so that I can connect them throughout the month with my team. For example, this month, we're doing a module on difficult conversations. When my team has approached me about situations, I ask if they've watched their lesson yet and encourage them to do so, there's certainly a TON of content in there that can help them navigate through. I think it's more of a "how do *I* make it come to life?" instead of just watching and doing meetings and expecting magic. It's a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pre-built materials that allows employees to work at their own pace throughout the month that each module is scheduled. This way they have the opportunity to review and really digest what is being presented to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a bit to new to have any dislikes at this time. All is going well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the intuitive lessons. They are fun, easy to follow short tutorials that challenge you to think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is truly nothing I dislike. I love the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The competitive aspect has been great for us. Training has gone from a mandated thing that we had to follow up on to managers waking up on New Years Day to get extra points for completing their lesson. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative feedback I have is that the first module seemed to drag on and did not necessarily foster team discussions. Since we have started out second module there are better discussions happening around the company. I understand the need for module one but I don't think it had to be a 3 month thing. Wildsparq is fun to interact with and use. It brings both ordinary concepts like customer service and expands our understanding to another level as "Ravings Fans." It allows us to taylor the lessons to address our current and future needs. The material is relevant and easy to understand. It was so easy to implement the program for our leadership team. WildSparq helps you with a kick off meeting! The customer support that we ge from Emmy and her team is amazing. I have one point of contact and i never have to wait for a call back. WildSparq is easy to use. You watch videos and read artitlce; there are activities that you can use to further your understanding and practice of many leadership principles. And lastly, new lessons come every month that include additional materials if I want to dive deeper into a particulr subject. I can interact with WildSparq contact daily, weekly or monthly. Its up to me how frequently I use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know that I dislike anything about WildSparq, but there is some content that isnt as good and I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The classes are interactive and "fun". You don't just read what they think we should be talking about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does take quite a bit of time to complete the monthly classwork. It's difficult fitting the trainings onto our already full plates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Wildsparq is the ease of use. It's a simple platform to use. The videos and information are very easy to follow and learn from. It's also cohesive through the training modules in how things are set up, and you know what to expect each time. Plus, you get to work at your own pace. I also liked that the program doesn't just have to stop when the 12 months is over. You are allowed an extension to develop on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I get regular feedback from our leaders who have taken the training and the one thing I hear the most is that Wildsparq is a lengthy program being that it's a 12 month commitment. That is the one thing most of our employees have not liked, but the ones who are learning the most and getting the most benefit from the 12 months are stepping up as leaders and showing the Company how staying committed can really put you on top. The content helps generate great diaolg when we meet as a team. It gets the individuals thinking about things they hadn't considered when it comes to being a leader. The extra traning resources (Tedtalks, articles, etc) are very beneficial to help take a deeper dive into the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing specific comes to mind. If anything, I wish there were more "real world" examples, but I feel the content helps pull this out for me to give examples from my past experiences and the experiences of other leaders I work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the platform, the lesson content, and the Wildsparq team support we've received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislike is a strong word, but I do think there is some room for improvement regarding the discussion questions and team leader prompts. We've also adapted Wildsparq to our own, unique cadence, so if in the future they could mirror our schedule, that would be amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the technology aspect and the different learning styles a lesson incorporates. Our staff really enjoys the time you get to be together as a team and talk about the lesson. Enjoy the gamification aspect. All of the people at Wildsparq as kind and supportive and want to see you be successful using Wildsparq. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love everything! There is not anything we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its so approachable. There are alot of videos and short articles that directly apply to the topic of study. I use the word "study" loosley because the material is not brought forth in a traditional "academic" fashion. Instead, students are challanged to look inward and apply the lessons to their own life. Old habits die hard and as someone with a professional degree there is a part of me that wants to write a paper or give a presentation on what I learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
