What do you like best about Wildix?

Choice of deskphone, mobile app or Collaboration directly from the browser. In built video and audio conferencing solutions, reach out to customers with end user tools and integration in to a myriad of different platforms including CRM's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

Nothing to dislike at all. Calls are clear, tools are built to be especially useful and everything just works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wildix:

You may be considering some generic hosted platform where everything comes as an additional cost, you may even be thinking about ditching your PBX in favour of Microsoft Teams but what it comes down to is getting a call from 1 person to another. With Wildix, you get all the functionality of a traditional PBX - Auto Attendants, Voicemail, Group Calling, Overflow Groups, Contact Center and so on (Features lacking in Teams) with all the benefits of a hosted platform without the additional costs for key elements such as call groups, ring groups, additional auto attendants etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
