What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

VistaVu’s consultant team is top-notch. They’re intimately familiar with our ERP system, SAP Business One, and they consistently develop solutions whenever we run into issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

VistaVu’s services can get quite expensive, especially when dealing with more complex issues. The annual maintenance fee seems to cover only basic support, and it may not deliver enough value to justify the overall cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

I appreciate VistaVu Solutions for their strong SAP expertise and responsive support, which have been consistent over the years. They provided a tailored WMS solution that perfectly fit our operation and automated a lot of our manual work, leading to improved efficiency and smoother daily operations. Their service quality stands out, especially their ability to deliver practical solutions tailored to our business needs, and they are incredibly flexible with scheduling, often responding promptly and offering several meeting time options, sometimes even on the same day. During a module upgrade, I was particularly impressed with how quickly VistaVu's advisor responded and resolved an issue we encountered in the test environment. Additionally, their involvement in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP customized modules has been invaluable, offering tailored solutions based on our operational needs and supporting us through testing and upgrades. "Leo's support was great"
What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

Leo, my support agent, was knowledgeable, calm, and got right to it. I appreciate his efficiency and ability to keep up and move fast while I was in frustration mode. I left the call feeling supported and confident that the information & solutions that Leo provided were the best for my workflows. My bar is high and I don't leave reviews often, but when I do, they are well deserved. Leo, thank you!

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

The cost, along with the lack of historical knowledge, is disappointing.

For example, I’m new to the company, and there is no solid, reliable documentation or training available from VistaVu regarding my company’s implementation of SAP—its customizations, the rationale behind them, and the intended workflow. As a result, learning the SAP system was both challenging and expensive, and the overall experience has been frustrating.

Starting a new role, with a lean team, is tough enough without having to guess at SAP processes and workflows. There’s no one available to explain why we follow certain processes, or why we have what appears to be some inefficient, unscalable workflows. It also seems like we’re not utilizing SAP for everything it offers—but why? Nobody knows. There’s no documentation, etc.

In practice, this seems to guarantee VistaVu perpetual training costs but does not leave me, the customer, feeling like I'm in a supported partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

I find VistaVu Solutions to be reliable and communicative. Their problem-solving abilities are impressive—they took our ideas and meshed them with their own, leading us to a solid agreement. Major issues were fixed in hours, which really stood out to me. They also implemented a Warehouse Management System that helps with inventory tracking in SAP. What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

the scanning documents into SAP has streamlined a few things for us. makes reporting easier. We have reached out about getting certain reports available to us and they have worked on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

There is no scanning documents function for accounts receivable yet. There are certain tasks and fields when filling in information that is limiting. Also certain things cannot be corrected without making another entry. The system doesnt seem to implement changes/updates in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
