What do you dislike about WikiPro?

platform tends to get laggy specially whjen using handling large files. less community suppoprt . costing can be drawback for small business ais it tends to be costly with higher plans. Requires stable internet connection to run . User at time find the interface to be complicated due to the number of tools. Some users ahve felt a lack of advanced features. What do you like best about WikiPro?

We have been using Wikipro for about 2 years now and Sam Xia is our main point of contact. If we come across any issues with the website, Sam is very quick on getting on top of it and getting it resolved. He will also let us know once the problem is resolved.

Wikipro was also very easy to understand and it has lots of useful features for a small/medium company. For our business, we use it on the daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WikiPro?

Since we have a lot of traffic on this app, we do come across some technical challenges with the website. However, Sam is very quick it get on top of the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
