The account managers are very prompt. They have now migrated to a platform called SR engage which has a better UI/UX than the earlier platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tech is highly unstable. Randomly any automation stops working. Root cause analysis takes months. No new feature launch in last 1 year.
They have even migrated to a new platform : Shiprocket 360. This is just an adapt of Wigzo with no new features. The entire platform is not useful for custom built websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can map all your CRM activities in one place with his tool. Basically, to retain your customers via omnichannel marketing. We used Wigzo when we first started Retention marketing, and it was a good start from warming up email to building communications across channels. Everything. Terrible communication, poor attention to detail (they made many typos on our site), not organized, no reliable point of contact, poor data reporting, many empty promises, incomplete product, unprofessional team. Need I say more? We have been trying to cancel this service for over 2 weeks now and can't get a response from anyone on their team and can't get our customer data from them. We have just gotten started with Wigzo, but thus far, the process has been seamless to get integrated, and we were able to quickly send our first SMS! The onboarding call was swift and very helpful.
