What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

I like how comprehensive the platform is. It has provided us with additional insight into our multi-channel marketing strategy that we otherwise would not have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

My biggest complaint is the user interface. It could use a dramatic UI update. I also constantly have to update and resize my columns when viewing the ROI reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wicked Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

One example, we have a Google Ads campaign that was seemingly underperforming. When reviewing in Wicked Reports, we found that it in fact was one of our leading entry points for new customers. What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

The predictive behaviors are giving us at ProAd Labs phenomenal insights into how our traffic turns into leads and customers. What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

Honestly, not much. The platform is robust and demolishes competition + they offer in depth education on their solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wicked Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems we're solving are numerous. For 1 - we bypass all the iOS tracking issues on platform. But we also have superior insights compared to ad platform pixels or GTM.

What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

One tag does it all. Or just about. Once you've installed the tag on your properties and linked up the accounts (mostly through oAuth screens), you're good to go. As far as ease of integration, this is as good as it gets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

There's a 1 day lag for the data, and it's difficult to sit on one's hands for a full day when launching a new campaign. I understand the need for this, but... it would be nice to have a "rough estimate" for day-of. Overall, a pretty minimal complaint given what Wicked provides. I provide my clients with the ability to view visitor and marketing stats all the way from big picture overview down to single user story. What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

Wicked Reports gives users of Infusionsoft truly deep-dive analytics for all of their digital advertising, including full ROI for clicks, opt-ins and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

The time-consuming nitty-gritty of adding the utm codes to all advertising is necessary but painful. Wicked makes it as easy as possible with Wicked Links but it still needs to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wicked Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to know which elements of our digital marketing are working, and which ones are not. Wicked allows us to accurately eliminate the advertising which is not working or refine the conversion on another piece. It makes a big difference when the original first click attribution and final conversion can be attributed to individual customers and properly tracked.
