WhiteboardFox delivers a real time whiteboard option, that has a simplified dashboard.
The sharing of emails is also fully functional, bringing an aggressive collaboration.

What do you like best about WhiteboardFox?
WhiteboardFox is great to just pull up and use for showing work, taking notes, etc. while meeting remotely. It has a variety of colors, and some small features, such as lines and image import ability. It is free to use, and a screen shot can be easily captured after the meeting is completed. What do you dislike about WhiteboardFox?
It is not connected to a video chat platform, so the user has to switch back and forth between the meeting (on Zoom, Google Meet, etc) and the whiteboard on different tabs. Moving the screen, while it does hold limitless space, can sometimes also be cumbersome, and cause the use to have to zoom further and further out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
