What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?
The option of rest API is now shifted to online cloud. This makes integration with any platform possible which supports rest APIs. I can easily get the integration pushed from my CRM or resource planner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?
The restrictions from whats app end are the only dislikes.
For instance, we have to follow a template based approach for messages rather than going for custom messages. This also add on the hassle of approvals. I even have waited for as long as 3 days to get the templates updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
