Response speed is excellent, engagement is high, and it feels professional yet friendly, which has noticeably increased my sales and customer satisfaction.

The message template approval process is strict and sometimes slow. Advanced analytics and team features are powerful but the pricing can feel high for small fashion brands. I also wish the catalog had more customization options for better product presentation.

I love how instant and personal it feels for customers. It’s not like email that sits in an inbox or a website form that nobody checks, people message me directly on the app they already use every day, and I love how one can reply with voice notes, photos, videos, or product catalogs right away.

The one thing I dislike is that, it gets messy fast once your business grows, as managing dozens or hundreds of chats one phone chaotic.

It solves the big problem of distance and slow communication in customer service and sales. Before we rely on calls, SMS or emails which were expensive, time consuming and had limited info. Now we have real time chats where we can send product pictures, voice explanations, location pins.
It is benefiting me by building trust and speed, reducing cost and improving our organization. Now customers get quick answers which leads to faster sales, also Labels and catalogs has help turn our chaotic chats into mini CRM, so we waste less time and close more deals. **What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?**

I really like the catalog feature in WhatsApp Business Platform. It's been super useful because instead of having to send individual message images and prices over and over, I can just organize products into categories and let customers browse directly through the app. This has made cataloging faster, cleaner, and much more professional. Customers can instantly view chair models, pricing, and product details without needing to go to an external website. Automated communication is another feature I appreciate a lot. The preset greetings, away messages, and quick replies save me a lot of time, especially since customers often message outside business hours. The automated responses make sure they still get immediate engagement even when I’m not available. This creates a more reliable customer experience and stops potential buyers from feeling ignored. Using the platform has also increased my reach considerably because many customers are more comfortable communicating through WhatsApp than through a website or traditional calls.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?**

I think that although the platform is highly practical, there are still some limitations to it. Well, managing a very large number of customers can occasionally become overwhelming because chats may get buried quickly, especially during busy periods. Or when I'm running a promotional campaign. Another drawback is that while the catalog system is useful, it is still somewhat limited compared to fully developed ecommerce platforms. Advanced inventory management, analytics, and product filtering are not as comprehensive as they could be. For businesses with rapidly changing stock, like mine or large product range, this can sometimes create additional manual work. So customers who like to negotiate usually want me to stay active and talk to them repeatedly. And WhatsApp Business has preset messages which is sent to them every single time they message. So a hassle because they start feeling that they're not talking to an actual person, but rather an AI bot.

I like that WhatsApp Business Platform offers a great deal of integrations and autonomous features, especially the ability to send bulk messages with access to the Meta API, which is really helpful. It's invaluable for interacting with my customers by sending updates, messages, OTPs, reminders, and payment notifications directly into WhatsApp. This way, customers receive messages they are likely not to overlook, as people are always online on WhatsApp, unlike emails or regular text messages that often go unnoticed. Setting it up was pretty easy, and even though some technical setup was required for bulk messaging through the Meta API, it wasn't a big problem for us since we are technologists.

Sometimes WhatsApp can aim to deliver messages, which is a problem sometimes. It might not happen pretty often, but sometimes it can occur due to my formatting error or an error of the Meta APIs. But apart from that, this is a rare occurrence.

Unlike the free app setting up the API requires a third party provider and a  step learning curve. the message pricing model can get expensive quickly and rhe strict templete approval process feels rigid when you just want ti send when you just went to send a quick creative update to customers.

I use the WhatsApp Business Platform to reach out to my customers in multiple ways like support, sales, and marketing. It helps me connect with customers easily, and since almost everyone uses WhatsApp, it becomes the easiest and most convenient way to connect. I like how easy it is to set up and connect with both current and potential customers. I run campaigns, and the highest return on ad spend (ROAS) comes from the WhatsApp Business campaigns. Its frequency and ability to provide support are great. I also like that I can integrate it with my Sales CRM and Payment Gateway to easily manage leads and collect payments. The setup, including integration with Meta Business Suite and verification, was very easy and smooth.
