It is so easy to use WhatsApp Business API, as it allows me to work from one central place. The API is quick to respond and prevents me from forgetting to check an additional program, as it is integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could have a bit more customization options, such as being able to edit the colors and size of the text.

What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

WhatsApp Business API is the only official way to send unlimited messages on WhatsApp. Since we all are in WhatsApp today so it has served as one of the greater marketing weapons to communicate with our customers. What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

1. A bit complicated to integrate into the system. You need a developer to set it up for you.

2. It charges for messages send and receive as well which is getting quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
