Whale helps us onboard new hires faster and makes sure our teams have easy access to our company knowledge in their moment of need. The Whale browser plugin is by far my favorite tool. It allows us to contextually suggest knowledge in our existing toolset (Hubspot, Asana, Gmail, ..). And because the knowledge is overlayed in the apps themselves we don't need to switch tabs anymore and lose focus on what we are doing. Finally, the insights really help us understand what processes work and where we still have room for improvement. To summarize Whale has helped us scale our business much faster by having a central training and knowledge platform for all of our process, SOP's and company knowledge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
