We are a Medical Spa who has grown from 5 to 7 locations in the last year with no plans of slowing down. Whale makes it so easy for our employees to find the most important information when they need it most. They can simply ask Alice, the AI tool, their question and she will provide an answer based on our documents. We have implemented our fair share of software, and Whale, by FAR was the easiest, most supported implementation I have ever been a part of. Many other platforms promise you customer support but after you sign the paperwork and pay it's a challenge to actually get help. I have one contact @ Whale and he always gets me an answer quicker then I could anticipate. It is so easy to use, and has been a game change for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
