User interface. This is probably one of the best-looking process and training tools out there in terms of simplicity and designability. Most recent updates enable the users to craft a custom-looking site that fits into the company brand. We have received feedback from our clients using whale that it may take a second to sync across all platforms, this may be due to our client's own internet speed, or it may be on the backend for Whale. Our team did not have that issue, it may have been a one-off situation.
There are some features that would greatly help our clients and us that whale does not currently offer. But every business will have its own specialized use for the platform, and it is understandable that Whale may not provide everything we need. It tackles the problem of inter-departmental silos and aids in sharing information across different roles and different departments. Information that is readily available for one department but sometimes difficult to obtain yet extremely valuable for another department. Aside from that, it enriches the toolset that's already present in our organization and integrates well with our document sharing solutions, so we don't need to "rip and replace" but can use whale as a catalyst to get more value out of our other tools (i.e., google drive, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
