The least helpful thing about Whale is getting to grips with the language of the different elements, (eg playbook, cards etc) but to be fair, they have developed the ability to rename these so the language can be customised to your own company language, which is pretty cool! Initially, I liked that Whale was connected to Traction Tools (software used by companies running on EOS). As well as I was able to confirm with many references in the EOS community that they used it and loved it. But once I got started. It was the extreme availability of their support team that made this an easy tool to help us get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a swimlane process document creator as part of the toolset.- I guess any plugin that would make flow diagrams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
