The Wellable platform does take a little getting used to, especially for employees who may not be the explorative type. It took about two months for our ~52 people, to get very comfortable but after that, it is very easy to navigate.
I go in every day to update the Special and Daily Challenge areas, becasue I don't want to fall behind, but it is quick and easy to do.
The Wellable Bulletin is one of my favorite features because while it is a tracking mechanism for the end user, it is also the place where each month's activities start. The Bulletin takes the user through the month's activities and also shows the user where their current position is with the Wellable Points for health check-ups and vaccines.
The Content tab is my 2nd favorite because I love how a simple concept is shared but then the links to the education articles are actually interesting and challenging to read rather than an overly simplistic reiteration.
For me, personally, it has given me an opportunity to learn a lot more about these topics becasue it is "ok" for me to do it at work. I have a spouse and two high schoolers and work full-time and I'm over 50, so its difficult for me to carve time out of my daily life to learn anything new in these areas.
Overall, I have really enjoyed the platform and as a former HR person, I can see that this mechanism is so much better than an in-house plan if the goal is to get folks to use their all of their benefits to their best application and to assist with growing a healthy work culture and environment. I do think that Wellable has done that for us. (Although I am not a formal spokesperson for the company.. :) ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it would be helpful to put the end user's most used content toward the top of the expandable menu. At my place of work, the chat is unused and for the most part, the devices column also. Because I am so focused on the two columns, I don't I don't know if Wellable is tracking the useage of the leaderboard, but I personally do not use it. Because I see these people IRL, I sort of already know who is actually living the life or just talking the talk! :)
The other downside I have experienced is (if the HR person in charge is not completely on top of it) the topic doesn't change over on the 1st of the month (or maybe its not her?) I would think this could be on autopilot as far setting what topics will be discussed and starting them as soon as the 1st rolls around.
The Daily Challenge on the Dash Board seems a bit gratuitous but I know there are people here who don't mind going in and adding those points each day becasue they are seriously competitive but I don't know how much it helps people adopt those habits. And if you got behind in your tracking, (like in the prior months), you might miss out on reaching your company's target # if you didn't go back and catch up (3,650 points for the entire year for each day). The whole user experience is very smooth and simple to use/log points, even if you're logging in multiple times per day it's simple to get on and quickly do what you need to do. I haven't had a lot of experience with Wellable customer support, but from what I've seen they're very quick to solve issues and offer insightful solutions.
As far as the webinars go, they've been solid so far, good information and timely. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reward system isn't the best. In the months that I've been using it, I've easily gone over and above the 15k points mark but it really hurts motivation to know that any points you put in over that mark don't really mean anything. Also, the system of only receiving rewards at the end of the month isn't the best in my opinion, especially with the reward cap being so low. It would be awesome if the max rewards went up to say $40/month for earning 35k points (or something like that), then it would be more of a dash to get your points in and feel much more fulfilling when you finally receive your reward at the start of the next month. i love how just my having my watch on it syncs all of my activity for the day. i like to watch the videos to get my day going even when i'm at work i get physically and mentally prepared. i like that you can see your progress and a reminder to log on your activities.my wellable rep is in office so i can go to him for anything. i like how we can do indivudal tasks or in groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i dislike that the app isn't as easy to navigate as i would like it. i'm not that tech savy but i have to ask for help sometimes on where to ssearch the new challenges. one should be able to log on the activties mulitile days at a time. it's too time consuming to do it individually. Wellable is a good hub where we can keep track of wellness activites. Integration with fitness trackers makes participation easier. One of my favorite sections is the On Demand content. Surprising in both quantity and quality of materials that does not seem to get enough credit for what it contains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Leaderboard should somehow link to details about the active challenge. Its hard to find those specifics easily. Also, nutrition is very mainstream. I think new information is debunking myths of what a healthy diet looks like. As a pretty strict carnivore, I have to filter the nutrition advice which is not an issue. However, at the same time, I know others are taking in the same information as solid advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I realized during this experience that your physical and mental health are extremely important for overall well-being and quality of life. Participating in the physical wellness includes challenges relative to exercise, nutrition, sleep, and learing of healthy habits has helped with mental wellness internally to manage stress, and enabled me to feel more positive in life to aid in pertaining a good self-image. Nothing to dislike at this time as this was a new expect of life I never seriously invisioned.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ability to miss a few days and not be daunted by daily engagement on the app itself. I do try to be mindful and log daily for meals and activities, both, but sometimes life is just too busy. To be able to return to it two or three days later, definitely makes it so that I am not overwhelmed or burdened by it. The target point ranges are reasonably attainable, again minimizing the anxiety or feelings of failure. The extra benefits tab and meal planning and the on-demand fitness videos are a big help, as well. Less googling new, healthier meal options for my family, or at home fitness routines. I just default to my Wellable app when I have time and go from there. This app has a great tool to add to my overall wellness journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have to say the limited choice of trackers. I have a non-branded tracker that I have used for a few years, and I had to link two other apps in a chain to get that information to my Wellable, and because of that, there have been several days where I am not credited for all of my steps, thus losing some activity points. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wellable makes it easy to stay on track with various activities to improve your wellness. Earning points for simple tasks like drinking water, getting enough sleep, or engaging in a healthy activity for your mind or body is an excellent way to incentivize people to pay attention to their health. The ability to go back and add your activities (in case you forget to log a day or two) is also very beneficial for busy people. On the rare occasion I've had to contact customer support for assistance, they have been super speedy to respond and have always been able to help me fix the issue I was having. (Code not working for a webinar that was watched, for example) I like that you can attend the webinars in real-time, but if you're busy during the times offered, they are always available to view after the fact on the website. I wish you could earn more points in a day by watching additional videos, taking extra quizzes, and/or logging additional daily challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Wellable is that it motivates me to get my steps in and to do better than even the next day. Every day I wanna break yesterday's record. also, my endurance and stamina has been up now that I keep track of my steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the downside of Wellable is that you don't get extra steps for going up and downstairs. I work in apartment buildings so I'm constantly going up and downstairs and I've noticed you only get the same exact steps as you were just walking regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoyed listened to the Wellness Webinar. I am a fairly healthy person but I thought her presentation was very interesting and I learned new things. She included practical tips to incorporate into my day and to reward myself for making good healthy choices. I also liked that we had several dates/times to choose from in attending. I also love the app and ease of integration for tracking/feedback on my activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly do not have any negative feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the information on Wellable. This has really helped me keep track of my health better that the previous system my employer was using. The different links available to me are amazing. I go into my Wellable daily because it is so easy to use. I can also check on my progress compared with other members in my company. Keeping track of my goals is so much easier now! Better then my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really haven't found anything I don't like about this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our staff have expressed how much they appreciate Wellable. Wellable has been easy to use and they really enjoy the reward options and flexibility. We have seen a steady use of Wellable from staff over the past three years.
Not only can staff members see their progress against their buildings peers, but they can also see their progress against all district staff. This has been motivating for staff and also keeps things competitive.
Point management is easy for staff to understand and track. Even our least tech saavy staff can sync their devices and track their points. It's accessible for everyone.
Customer service has also been great at getting our accounts implemented and off the ground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an automated process to assist with onboarding new staff and "off" boarding staff who have left. That is the most difficult part, but once we're up and rolling, it's a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
