By the time I learned about WeJe I already had a few project management tools each providing Kanban board functionality as well as a few note taking, web page content clipping and knowledge organization solutions. So, my expectations of Weje were rather low. Man, was I wrong. I did not buy first but watched some Youtube reviews and I got intrigued. Then played long enough with Weje to define for myself what it is and if you ask "what is WeJe?" I will now say - WeJe is an infinite canvas where you can have a combination of a strict formal Kanban board for structured data with flexibility of free hand data stored in cards and which can be just a pile of cards for anything. The cool thing is that when you are ready you can drag cards onto each other and turn them into structured data.
You remember those movies like Homeland where Carrie pins all pieces of information on the wall and then connects them with threads? - WeJe is the tool which enables you to build the whiteboard and connect the dots in order to crack your problem, solve the mystery or just get a better view of things. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no things to dislike. There are things which I miss, though. To WeJe's credit, they have big plans and promise to deliver what is amiss at the moment:
1. Browser extension to help with clipping content
2. Mobile applications that will enable mobility and pen input
3. I think a desktop application will be helpful also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A user-friendly software, Weje is easy to use, we've got a whiteboard with different prepared templates, and we just get started dragging and droping our tasks and produce our mind-map with the help of drawing tools and the ability to add images and files without any difficulty, also we've got a great option which is teammates and client collaboration by just using the email addresses. It helps me a lot in my professional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike in this amazing software, but unfortunately, there is no android supported app, also, the work it's not downloadable in a nice generated slide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Weje is the best; its fast and very smooth to use. The most good thing is that you can import almost anything to your whiteboard from excel sheets to images. Have tried many tools, even using pen and paper which is really a mess. But using Weje my brain starts representing itself visually with the help of images and the connections that we can make of each block. All this for such low price. Regarding the usage and features there is nothing to complain about, but it would be great if they introduced mobile application so user can work on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weje is easy to use with all the bells and whistles without the complication. There isn't much of a learning curve too.
Weje is proving to be an integral part of my daily routine. I have to refer to Weje every day to get a glance of how my day is looking and where I am headed next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have the ability to add users to collaborate together which I like but, is currently restricted to a single board. They have a robust User Management on their roadmap and am waiting to use it to provide global access to users rather than providing access to boards one at a time. Having been a longtime user of Miro, I was skeptical of Weje at first. But I decided to give it a chance, and I'm pleased I did. It's a new product, packed with a lot of potential. I have read very encouraging comments from other users and have also intermittently watched their progression online (Facebook; newsletters), and I honestly feel the team cares about the product and seeks to improve Weje regularly. I personally find it clean, responsive, and straightforward. Even though it's in its early stages, it has this "je ne sais quoi," and I find myself using it more than Miro. I anticipate with the changes listed on their roadmap, Weje will be one of the main whiteboard contenders of 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really dislike the fact that (currently) you cannot create folders to contain your boards. I believe this is something they plan to add and is on their roadmap. They are pretty in features limited compared to more tenured whiteboard apps, but that is to be expected for a new product. I think they will be adding more and more features in time. What I like the most is the ease of use. The tool has a comfy drag-and-drop feature, ready-made board templates, a quick video intro, and the option to share your project with colleagues to work together. You can easily add images, PDF files, Google Docs, videos from your PC, or straightly from YouTube to cover all work aspects you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the service would have the option of choosing the main area of the board to show on the smartphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Weje because I can organise everything in one place. My use case is web design and development. I use it to save all clients information such as wording, pics, and other instructions. I also create a sitemap and outline using Weje. It makes it much easier to access everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I do not have many complaints about Weje. For my use case, I think I need a white label so clients will see my domain when I share the data with clients. I believe this is under development so looking forward to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it super easy to use, incredibly effective, and it has a low learning curve. I can now capture thoughts easily with little effort.
The UI is excellent, and the tool combines so many different note-taking features into one application (by allowing images, notes, and other content to be dragged and dropped into a visible mind map / visual setup without having to be uploaded separately first.
Additionally, you can collapse and expand items as needed to give you a more straightforward overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes, despite being just being released, it operates as a more mature product. That said, some additional customization options would be excellent, particularly in shapes, custom lines, shapes etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of the app. It quickly loads interface and project almost instantly.
also The essential functions for my team to brainstorm are all there. The ability to have team member working together is great for our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All essential functions are there. but there are some function lacking such as a navigation mini-map and folder, but it is in their pipeline. also the stage of the company is still new, we love to see it grow and adopted by big brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This app is one of the best tools I have come across for managing information in an easy to use. I use it for managing tasks and notes for clients, keeping track of research and saving articles for future use. Any changes you make will be instantly synchronized between users, so you can share anything. You can organize your team's workflow by assigning due dates and assigning assignees to cards. I have not encountered any problems so far with Weje. icons and emojis can be added. In addition, the speed at which they develop their products is very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
