Every time we have a question or need assistance with our translated website with Weglot, their staff is extremely helpful and supportive. They always respond right away with a solution, and additionally provide documentation or personalized videos so that we understand how to fix the issue we are having. We highly recommend using Weglot to anyone looking to translate their website. Additionally, the visual editor in Weglot makes translation editing quick and straightforward for anyone on our team. Nothing! We have had a very positive experience using Weglot, and their customer support is excellent. Everything that we couldn't figure out ourselves, or in their online demo videos and documentation, someone on their support team helped us resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, understanding of integration, and the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some items make it through to be translated that should not be, e.g., translating spanish to spanish if a hybrid solution is implemented within the project. There should be some sort of language detection and prevention of translating a language that is the same as the target language. It's also hard to track down which url route a translation has taken place. Even through you can click on the routes in the Translation list and see what has been translated, it only makes the process more tedious. Instead, it would be nice to see the route as part of the meta-data right there in the entry when viewing the tranlation list as a whole, as this is how I often use the list. 1- It's super easy to use and set up. I would definitely say Weglot's simplicity. Making all this setup and technical aspects comprehensive, even for a non-tech-savvy person.
2- The support is so helpful, responsive, and kind. Never had a bad experience with them. Jeremy from Weglot's support helped me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had some issues with the feature of never translating some specific words for our business; I'm pretty sure it could be easier, especially when you translate the site in multiple languages - Its interface could be a lot better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to get up and running with Weglot. Integrating the tool within a site is quick and lightweight, and automated translations provide instant benefit without any additional setup. Very good ability to manage different sites, different teams of translators, and handle a mix of automated and manually-adjusted translations. Suitable for both light-touch or heavily edited use cases. If you do get stuck, Weglot customer support is very quick to respond and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Managing the translation catalogue can become a bit overwhelming. It's not easy to find everything you'll need for excluding elements, and the 'Variables' functionality which allows you to avoid translating e.g. every instance of a date string is so buried that we didn't even know it existed until being explicitly told about it by Weglot support. Also not great that you can't predefine translation strings: you need to wait for them to be detected by Weglot on your site before you can translate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I installed Weglot and it worked just fine. However I had a strange 'onbalance' in one of my language menu's. tried everything but couldn't solve it. After contacting Weglot's helpdesk the next day I received a message that my helpdesk contact solved the problem on my website. Great and quick service at my first contact with Weglot! When making manual changes in my Weglot languages I find it a bit difficult to navigate. It seems that the translated words/items shown are shown in a random order. Maybe it is possible to order those by page.. or by item (menu, headers, contect). But can be my problem not being familiar enough with the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I've had issues or questions with their platform, their support team replies quickly with helpful and thorough answers and suggestions. The Weglot platform does a great job translating text and offers other features, such as a glossary and manual editing, among other things. It's also pretty easy to set up. Some of their pricing tiers are not ideal. For example, if you are on the Pro plan at $87/month and go a few words over the limit, the next tier is the Advanced plan at $329/month. It would be much better if they offered credits you could purchase for extra words each month or another tier between these two price points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I needed Weglot support for an issue I had on a Squarespace website, and I must say, their support is incredibly competent and attentive, always following up on my emails. My issue was resolved very elegantly, and they don’t let go until everything is exactly as it should be.
On top of that, their communication is exceptionally friendly—I keep reading one pleasant email after another. My clear recommendation goes to Weglot, both for their outstanding support and their highly professional translations. I am a loyal customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Weglot is incredibly easy to set up and integrates smoothly with various website platforms. The automatic translation feature is impressively accurate, reducing the time needed for manual translations. I also appreciate the ability to make manual edits and refinements directly in the Weglot dashboard. The interface is user-friendly, and the translations load quickly on the website, ensuring a seamless user experience. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful, making it easy to troubleshoot any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't encountered anything I dislike about Weglot so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weglot makes it super easy to translate your ste without having to do any of the gruntwork. Just set up your DNS once and let them proxy everything through their servers. Works like a charm, including the whole technical setup with sitemaps, lang/hreflang, ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have a relatively complex setup with Cloudflare proxying and Workers on our end + built-in CDNs in Webflow and Unbounce, which made the setup way more complicated than I wish it was. But the customer support team doesn't give up. Thank you Guido, Jeremy, Valentin and others! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weglot has completely solves the way I manage translations on my website. From installation to configuration, the entire process is straightforward. I work with Webflow a and Weglot. Easy pease. Anyone can easily integrate and manage multilingual content.
What truly sets Weglot apart is its exceptional customer support. Not only do they reply quickly, but they also provide solutions that are specific to my needs, saving me a lot of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can not think in anything. So far so good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quite clean and understandable settings in the account and plugin settings.
Ability to order the translation from real persons directly in the Weglot account.
All data are stored on their site and you don't lose if you corrupt your local database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Price is general fine for this level of support and functionality. What I don't like too much is a restriction for number of languages, which can be used on your internet site. Actually, it is fine for most of the users, but for us with the app for learning language, it is quite important to have more languages on the site rather than number of translate words.
