What do you like best about Web-GST?

I like its extensive features related to GST and also its user interface, which can be easily understandable and easy to use. It also security to data that we submit to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web-GST?

Some users like me face that it has slight learning curve as we are not familiar with GST compliance. I also feel that it is better if they have a mobile app for the same as it is not always handy to access desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Web-GST solving and how is that benefiting you?

Web-GST is primarily solvingm my business problem of GST registration and filing. It also helping us in compliane tracking. This inturn is time saving and is also cost effective moreover reduces any manual errors regarding GST. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Web-GST?

Web-GST is an integrated ASP-GSP solution used for filing GST returns. The best thing about the software is that it provides an inbuilt updated HSN master wherein you can check the HSN of the products/services. Additionally, the software provides built-in feature to search taxpayer basis GSTN wherein you can get details of returns filing status of the taxpayer. Also, the software provides input reconciliation feature which is very useful in filing of GSTR3B return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web-GST?

Sometimes while filing GST amendments/returns through a One-time password, there is a lag in receiving OTP on registered mobile number. However, the same works fine most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Web-GST:

Web-GST is a very good ASP - GSP integrated solution for filing of GST returns. The software provides inbuilt reconciliation features which a very useful feature. Additionally, the response time for the software is very quick. From the price perspective as well, this is an affordable ASP- GSP software as compared to other softwares available in the market. We have realized the below-mentioned benefits through the software:-

1. Quick uploading of GSTR-1 data on the GSTN portal

2. The software provides a feature of reconciliation between GSTR3B and GSTR2A, which is very useful

3. Inbuilt HSN master

What do you like best about Web-GST?

The process of filing GST became very easy and convenient. The feature of importing data from Tally, Excel etc. is the highlight and made it very convenient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Web-GST?

It's a Desktop based solution so network issues won't affect the work and also the integrated e-invoicing tool helps generate the bill with 1 click and it automatically generates GSTR1 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web-GST?

The support team for resolving queries is not up to the mark with regards to responsiveness and communication.The whole operation stops waiting on the support team to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
