What I like the best is that ServageOne offers a free website-building tool on top of its web hosting services. This was useful for some time at the very beginning when we were still in the process of putting together our lab website, and ServageOne was a good introduction to doing that. Since their migration (I think they got taken over) it's been pretty dire. Sites keep going down randomly, they can't process card payments, email routing breaks.

Emails that you send through their servers will get tagged as spam by recipient’s providers. I’m not sure why this is the case, but I’m guessing that some not so ethical Servage customers have brought this upon the rest of us.
