Webgility has saved us hours and hours by not having to manualy enter web sales Shopify to our financial system Quickbooks. When I first started using several years ago it was a godsend... and now with quickbooks pos hitting it's sunset I was faced with a very challenging situtation. nothing, billing department gives generic respoonses, aggressive responses and attitude, and went from "I will speak with my supervisor to see what we can do" directly to "can't issue a refund" when I didn't want to continue going in circles and just wanted an answer. Webgility allows us to post all web orders straight into Quickbooks. It saves us so much time. We use it every for every web order. It works great with posting all Amazon orders in Quickbooks as well. It allows us to take the tracking from Quickbooks after we ship the order and post it back to our website and/or Amazon for our customers to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thankfully there's not too much I dislike. Sometimes contacting the support team can be difficult to get through, or the person speaking is hard to understand. But once we get through, the support team is usually super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webgility is an effortless software to operate. Its features are a boon, particularly when it comes to importing orders from multiple marketplaces into Quickbooks. The most significant advantage is that it eliminates the need for manual invoice entry. The customer support is unparalleled, and they're always available to respond to any queries or concerns. Additionally, the program can be customized to align with your personal preferences. If you sell packs on Amazon, this tool streamlines invoicing, we use this every day to import our orders into invoices and it has saved us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does take a while for the program to run however, if you have fast internet and a quick pc it should work fairly quickly. Price is a bit expensive, however, you get what you paid for. When Sayan called in the late morning on a Monday, I stated that it was not a good time to discuss my issue. He said, just send me a message when you are ready. Later in the day I sent a message and within seconds the phone rang. He called us back when it was convenient for us that day, which is likely NOT a time of day that he would normally be available.

Faizan Sheikh was great at getting us set up and helping us transition into the software. He was great at working with our sales rep Sagan to get everything straightened out. The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. There are lots of options to learn. The onboarding and customer support is really necessary because there are just so many things to set up in order to get all the data to the right places. We have recently migrated to the new and updated SERVER 2019 and where we were facing issues while installing the SQL server as it was giving us an error.
A person from the technical team called me and resolved the issue. Not only did he resolve the issue but helped in connecting to our store and our Quick Books as well.

Webgility is a solution that takes out the manual process of reconciliing our 3 sales platforms to Quick Books. We do not have an Enterprise interface and Webgility is the best solution and the best price for streamlining us. We check the autmated reporing each morning and feel confident that our sales platforms are transmitting to our Quick Books. The implementation was quick, through a series of video calls with the onboarding team. Prerit was very clear and worked quickly to help us map out and explain the processes. I have had a few challenges early on and the customer support has been very quick and clear to help. The features Webgility offers is just what we need, nothing more, nothing less. We purchased a new server just before installing Webgility and we use QB Desktop. The challenge is that QB runs in the background and tends to bog down the server. The Webgility interface is very straightforward and intuitive. Faizan did a wonderful job of assisting us on onboarding training. Faizan went over the following: Accounting Workflows, Workflows (manual + automated),Order downloads, Posting transactions to your accounting system, Expenses & Fees, Inventory, Syncing item quantities and prices (manual + automated), Handling multiple inventory locations, Features to minimize overselling.
