What do you like best about Webex Connect?

What I love most about this tool is that you can respond to leads and queries right away! Anyone can learn its functionality in a day. It's also pretty fast, I haven't seen a slow day with Webex Connect. And one of the best parts is that the dashboard shows a detailed report at the template level. What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

I just had a little problem adding a new phone number and I didn't get proper help. I consider that there are some bugs that need to be improved. But I'm sure it will be done as time goes by. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webex Connect has helped me customize the user journey to the next level. It also has great automation, easy drag and drop functionality. What do you like best about Webex Connect?

I like the way incoming calls are transferred to another server, it is integrated with our database. It has many high-level predefined features, the call quality is good and stable. It gives us excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Connect?

What do you like best about Webex Connect?

Easy of use. With social media and other apps as they are, instantly Webex connect feels very familiar and easy to navigate and use. Install and installation was straightforward. Everything is exactly where you would expect and clearly labelled. It has some very nice features and allows you to configure as you wish, the flow builder especially. What do you like best about Webex Connect?

Webex Connect is exactly what customers expect for their contact centre communication in this day and age. It allows for very powerfull and interesting integrations.
