It helps users to not just identify problems but with the different sets of information, it gives better solutions also. It is typically helpful for the visitors who are less aware about the subject but wants the solution on the same. The integration of the software was seamless, and the customer technical support was excellent. Whenever we had any questions or issues, the support team was quick to respond and provided us with clear and detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. What do you like best about Web Insights?

The data is as it says on the tin. If someone from a static office address looks at your company's site, then they will show up in the data. The Customer Service team and the Account Manager have been very responsive and helpful so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web Insights?

The platform is reliant on static IPs and, considering the COVID period we're currently going through, this limits the data somewhat. This isn't a point of dislike so much as a point for customers to note - ensure you have a CRM set up so you can track the sales process and ensure that your Sales people are confident cold calling leads. What do you like best about Web Insights?

The information is available in real time and gives us an insight on what businesses visit our page and what information they are looking for.

There is also a good lead management tool and integration with mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web Insights?

The data is limited to the information available so we will never pick up all the website visitors and we can't tell exactly who the contact was that looked at our page.
