What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

The flexibility. Wavitys team helps build out workflows based on your needs. The mobile app along with the web dashboard give users a easy way to submit tickets but submit them with the information our team needs to resolve on first touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

We have been using Wavity for 1-2 years, and I love it. It allows our team to stay on task, easily communicate through notes on tickets, and, most importantly, get work completed efficiently. We chose this software because it was cost-effective, but we kept using it because it was easy to use, configure and had a large community of support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
