Wavity's flexibility and customization allow our orginization to streamline the application to our needs. The base software includes many modules that can be used by the organization. This allows multiple software to be replaced by one solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

The initial setup and configuration of the software can be overwhelming, thankfully the Wavity team has staff that can support you with the transition and can make changes to the software in lightning-speed turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

Wavity was onboarded to replace our expensive IT help desk. We had a very smooth transition from our old application. We were able to quickly customize the application the way we needed it without requiring any assistance. I can work from my phone just as easily as my desktop. Wavity has amazing customer support.
