What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

Wavity Help and Service Desk tool is cost-effective in comparison of other tools, and implementation is also very easy.

Users are able to track their tickets and raise incidents very easily. Wavity Helpdesk tool has good analytics functions, which is very useful for managers to know the status easily and can make plans for further improvements related to their operational support.

IT Team can customize the tools based on the organization's needs.

The Tool is awesome, and employees can appreciate the support team once their Ticket is resolved by the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

The user interface of Wavity tool is very simple and easy to work with. Training our staff on this tool has been very simple. There are several applications included that have been easy to implement. We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.
