What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?

We have been using Wavity for 1-2 years, and I love it. It allows our team to stay on task, easily communicate through notes on tickets, and, most importantly, get work completed efficiently. We chose this software because it was cost-effective, but we kept using it because it was easy to use, configure and had a large community of support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Wavity as our primary customer support platform, handling all incoming inquiries from our customers through email, phone, etc. Wavity is used daily by our customer support team to manage and respond to customer requests.

We also use the Wavity knowledge base and a self-service portal to provide our customers with the resources and information they need to resolve issues independently.
