I love that I'm not stressed about orders shipping out on time or mis-picks or lost inventory. So far they have provided CastleWare Baby with excellent service. Communication is fast and efficient. I am a huge fan of Ware2Go. After having worked with several different 3PLs, it's my firm belief that they are the best in the business. We ship thousands of orders with them a week, and we consistently see both unmatched accuracy and speed to delivery. The leadership team is strong, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. Their multiple DC/warehouse location options are vitally important for our distribution. Having the ability to cover the US w/only using 3 of their warehouses has been a great cost saver for us. One drawback would be they don't provide a client support manager to your account. They use one general "support" email so you don't ever seem to get the same support person and you end up with a couple of people trying to get you answers.
