I started using Voucherify recently for setting up the retention campaign and i had a good experience with the tool. To setup a campaign its easy and we can do it by ourself. Helpful tool with best features for rewards and loyality program. We almost use it everyday to run referral campaigns to aquire new customers. The tool provides all the features we need to run a rebate program. I am using this tool for my department to make the customers feel good. Some additional features could be developed. Eg. It is not possible to define a time delay to triggers, users receive the messages (SMS, emails, banners...) as soon as they enter an audience segment or perform an event, but we cannot set a timeslot or delay to avoid sending the communication out of office hours. This could be an issue if the data synch from the CRM and Voucherify is not in real time and performed by night (users will then receive the communication by night...). It takes time for us to adapt the promotion solution the way we need them to work in our platform but it may not be entirely dependent on the Voucherify but more on the complexity of our product.
