Vonigo has the capability to allow franchisors to view each different location's account. This is crucial in franchising. One of the downsides is the way the licensing works. There are some users who will never need to log into Vonigo via a desktop, but in order to have the mobile app license the desktop license is included therefore increasing the price. Nothing really. As a moving company this system does not work. It might be better suited for a general contractor/cleaning service type of operation.

I've been using Vonigo for 3 years.
I haven't seen a single new feature developed during that time.
Still facing bugs and issues reported during the onboarding phase.
The onboarding and configuration phase never concluded because the person managing that stopped responding to emails.
The scheduling system for crew members is awful. You can assign members to two jobs simultaneously
Managing their availability is non-existent.
The home screen is utterly useless.
Can't be logged in on two devices simultaneously (ie: desktop and your phone, for example)
Deposits are not listed on any invoice. We constantly have clients calling us because they think they are being overbilled.
If you are a moving company, avoid this system. Their "estimates" implementation does not support anything to do with creating a content list/inventory. Our customers' booking experience is important to us and we've been working hard on it over the last year. Working closely with Vonigo's developers and using their API, we were able to create something that our whole team is proud of. The front-end is something really special that is all our own. Vonigo has a powerful back-end that is ZIP/Postal code-centric. This means we can as granular or high-level as we want with our zoning and pricing on any given day. And we can leverage this option differently in each city. The Vonigo team also has our best interests in mind. I have enjoyed the opportunity to give feedback to C-level executives within the company, and truly felt heard. You don't see that with many companies. That is something special. What we have now is a custom solution. The attention to detail from the Vonigo team has caused our conversion rates to go way up. The result is that we will soon be moving to a completely online sales funnel. Vonigo is the heart of our franchisee’s experience and our franchise management. Be aware, Vonigo has a lot of customization and can be configured a number of ways. It’s designed to fit many different industries/types of businesses. Some of Vonigo's features seem better on paper than they are in reality. We have not found a way to integrate their payment features (when paying in person), or time tracking (it’s not as robust as we need). We leverage third-party applications to handle these two essential things. We use vonigo for all of our scheduling needs. We have a customer interface and an internal system. It's very to differential different types of appointments and locations which make our jobs easier. The site is very user friendly and I like that I can update different settings and see the immediate changes. We also have a team of mobile users that use this vonigo as their daily assignments.
