Whenever I have had any issues or questions on how to properly use the software, I simply open a support ticket and it gets resolved very quickly. In fact, I'd like to specifically mention Anna on the customer success team. She went above and beyond and even recorded screen capture videos detailing some very complex scenarios that I inquired about whether Voluum can even do.
