What do you like best about Voluum?

They have a training program, it’s ok but basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voluum?

I was charged 1877.40USD on May 6th 2025 for a voluum subscription renewal despite not using the platform for over one year !! Shockingly the charge went through on a frozen credit card, raising serious concerns on their billing practices. I received no clear renewal reminders and voluum refused to refund the charge, citing their terms of service. Similar complaints on Trustpilot and other platforms suggest a pattern of unexpected charges and rigid no refund policies. Proceed with caution and monitor your billing to avoid similar issues.
