Is easy to use and the new update makes it very easy to pick up the call phone numbers. I work from home and I need to be available for my customers, I never had an issue with VOIP, at worst it takes a few minutes for an update and you are back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not specific to the tool, but the integration with Salesforce is not great. That will be my only note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VoipStudio are an excellent Voip company. Their prices are transpant and have always included all their user features within the subscription. Their support team are excellent and were especially helpful when setting up the account, which was nitially quite complicated, but they ensured everything was configured and worked properly. One major irritation which I cannot understand why they won't fix is that you cannot access your Microsoft Exchange or mobile phone contacts on the App - it means I have to use a 3rd party App and ish the'd address this urgently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our workers can use it with very little in the way of instruction, and like using it. Price is also very important, and VoIPstudio is very economical while not coming across as cheap. Their help is also very good, and quick. Whenever I have got stuck, they have been very helpful. Certainly a recommendation from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing serious, but there seems to be a slight language barrier which can occasionally cause a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has detailed call history and call log, and allows me to mark messages as unread to track which issues have been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allowing me to set things like, called, not interested, bad number, follow up, etc would be a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process and integration is quick and easy. Support is very reliable and thek knowledge base is top notch. It was easier to integrate on desktop and mobile devices. All of our team members in the field and office were able to quickly learn and incorporate VoIP into daily practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a slight delay on outbound calls but the issue is easily overcome. It does seem that when there is an issue for one user the entire team will soon experience the same issue. Support does require 3 examples of an issue before they step in to help, but most issues can be resolved by reseting the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Steady service, we have not logged into the account much because it just works how we want it. The few times ive asked for customer support it has been a quick solution every time. Implementation phase was many years ago but I remember it being not too much of a fuss, we were able to add features such as voicemail, forwarding, times of service and others without much fuss. We use the phone system for inbound calls daily. VoIP Studio was our first voip service so there was no integration required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of much negative at this point, we have not used outbound calls much or at all, so i can't comment on pricing for that. Perhaps we would use VoIP for our international calls if we had a better understanding of pricing and how it could work. I just like the fact I don't have to think about the service or log in, it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to setup my personal PBX for home with a Couple of devices (Bria Softphones, Yealink Handsets etc)
Price is reasonable with a good abundance of minutes for calls. These include international calls to some destinations.
Compared with other providers who make you pay more per seat with only local minutes, it is very reasonable.
The support was good on 2 issues I faced recently and came back to me within an hour. Even gave me the SIP Traces I needed to prove a fault with the Callee's phone system.
When trialling the system, they give you £1.50 to make some test calls etc, I still have most of mine after I signed up as I was very impressed. I now use it to send test faxes to customers as a Telecoms Engineer to prove fax services work (Its useful because I dont have to setup a fax machine or virtual fax service with another provider)
I have already refered some potential customers / colleagues to them if they wanted to setup their own test bench.
Call qualty is pretty solid. No DTMF Issues identified when making calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, there isnt much dislike about the service. It would be useful if you could buy 3 months at a time on top of a monthly billing variant. Some service providers bill quaterly.
The one thing I would say is that at the time of me signing up , the number of handsets available that can auto provison was limited and pretty old. EG Yealink T4x series.
These have now been updated but it did take a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features that are provided as standard are better than any other Voip provider that I appointed. The don't apply restrictions to the features, there is a simple and transparent pricing structure which allows us to use all the features without pay walls. Per user pricing, no holds barred on any feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really is nothing bad that I can say about VoIPstudio. From their services to support they have been pivotal (and crucially reliable) since we began using them for our business year and years ago. I can honestly say that our internet services have been less reliable than VoIPstudio, they are solid as a rock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very cost-effective and compatible with so much tech. I love the record calls to cloud feature, and general PBX ability to divert calls to mobiles etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When the Britsh summer time has 1-hour clock changes, this affects the voicemail timings/business out of hours to not kick in correctly. They do send an email reminder to get you to adjust this manually, but I always forget to so easier to just wait a few months for it to be correct again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
