How do you position yourself against your competitors?

VoicePad is the only real estate tech company that converts listing data into sentence-based property presentations (in multiple languages). Automated property overviews are used in VoicePad’s curbside lead-generation service as well as with our provided YouTube and virtual tours. We also have a committed staff with an average tenure of 10+ years. We love what we do…and we’re very good at it.

What do you like best about VoicePad?

I can count on one hand the number of times in the last few years I have had to contact support for help with our account/tools. The system just works, period. It does everything as promised and has no downtime which we are aware of. This is especially important in our world of instant gratification. If something isn't working as it should, people quickly give up and move on to something else, such as the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoicePad?

The only challenge we have with VoicePad is that sometimes their email messages get filtered as junk or spam. But that really falls on the recipient's email account/service, but those systems are usually triggered by something in the email or how it is sent. I'm not sure there is a solution for this. Recommendations to others considering VoicePad:

You can trust that the support team will be there for you if you ever need help, especially in the initial setup and launch. Once you have it up and running, it should run on its own and need very little management. If things need to be changed down the road, the team is quick to respond and help with those requests. There aren't many companies out there who support their product as well as the VoicePad team does with theirs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VoicePad solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have weekend staff in our office and a live after-hours answering service and the OnDemand service has eliminated that need. It would be nice if it could unjam a printer, unclog a toilet or reset the office WiFi when there is an outage, only then would it officially do EVERYTHING we need. The Curbside tool helps our agents who have listings keep better track of their sign call leads and because they work in certain parts of town/communities, they can re-target those callers for additional properties coming to market.
