I can count on one hand the number of times in the last few years I have had to contact support for help with our account/tools. The system just works, period. It does everything as promised and has no downtime which we are aware of. This is especially important in our world of instant gratification. If something isn't working as it should, people quickly give up and move on to something else, such as the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only challenge we have with VoicePad is that sometimes their email messages get filtered as junk or spam. But that really falls on the recipient's email account/service, but those systems are usually triggered by something in the email or how it is sent. I'm not sure there is a solution for this.
