Visualping makes it easy to get alerted when websites change. You can set thresholds and look for different types of changes. They also handle situations where you need to perform initial actions on a page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's very little to dislike, but I have run into a situation where closing a popup didn't work until I had the workflow scroll down first. All in all, it was an easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont need to constantly go back and navigate the same websites to look for updates. It is particularly hepful when you get updates on time sensive matters, like a deadline for a permit or a submission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see stats of what other users look for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a massive time-save for me. It's super easy to use and helps me keep track of everything from news alerts, to tickets, to changes to upcoming events. I use it both personally and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides as far as I can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Part of my job is checking for spec updates on various different vendor sites. It was always a pain in the butt to remember and tedious to do. Visualping eliminated that. Now, I sit back and get automatically notified when something has changed. No more stress or effort necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. It's easy to set up and pretty flexible about what it can do and offer. For my needs the feature set has been just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Incredible flexibility: monitoring text or image, the amount of change that would trigger an alert.
Ease of use and initial implementation: the ability to delegate monitoring maintenance to a less technical person is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular at this time. As an early adopter I've been through some small bugs which are fixed now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visualping is highly effective at tracking complex changes on websites loaded with scripts and graphics. After an extensive search for a solution, I found Visualping to be the most reliable for monitoring government websites where regulatory documents from Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Poland are published. The free version of Visualping has limitations on the number of websites it can monitor. For serious usage, purchasing a paid subscription is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very intuitive and easy to use. Once you have entered the pages or areas to check, Visualping does the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the management of multiple revised websites, a summary report of all changes made would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love that visual pin keeps an eye on my site for me. I have had a few occasions where hackers have gotten on to my site. Visual ping has notified me quickly that my site has changed, and then I can restore a backup and be up and running in moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly there's nothing I dislike about visual pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I collect (and resell) rare plants, and the problem with rare plants is that they are USUALLY out of stock at my vendors. Visualscaping solves this problem for me because I get a notification whenever a product I'm interested in is back in stock (so I can nab it before my competitors). Free account has limited notifications, but the paid accounts are not expensive (if you need to scan a website more often). You can easily upgrade from free to paid if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it can be customized to check just a certain part of a web page. I also like that you can set up client based and server based checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being nit-picky, I guess the minimum checking for server based checks is hourly. Having more than 1 server based check in the free plan would be nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
