## Klue Reviews
  ### 1. Great competitive intelligence software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin F. | Associate Director, Market and Competitive Intelligence, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I’ve been using Klue for competitive intelligence for the past five years. There’s no way I could effectively track the number of competitors I manage today without it. Klue makes it easy to capture, organize, and distribute competitive insights through digests, boards, and battlecards, ensuring the right information reaches the right teams at the right time. The new AI-powered automated cards have been especially valuable, helping keep our battlecards consistently up to date with minimal manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I don't have any major complaints, happy with the software!

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue solves the challenge of scaling competitive intelligence in a way that’s structured, centralized, and actionable.

  ### 2. User-Friendly with Effective Competitive Intel Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler B. | PMA Insider, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I used Klue for competitive intel tracking, newsletter writing, and battlecards. It helped consolidate all of our key competitors' news, updates, and changes in one platform. I liked how the learning curve wasn't as steep, and generally, it was easy to use. It had a lot of great features that I learned to use immediately, like the drag and drop email newsletter options and the creative features. The user interface and options to update battlecards were very nice to use. These features helped me create visual and nice-to-look-at newsletters and overall just helped me get my job done faster. We also had help from a customer success manager who did a lot of the manual work for us, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Some tools can be hard to try and implement for yourself. The data and reporting dashboards weren't something we used much as a company, maybe because it wasn't something we could use easily.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue consolidates all key competitor news, updates, and changes on one platform, making intel tracking easier. I can create visual newsletters quickly with drag-and-drop options, and the user-friendly UI for updating battlecards helps me work faster. It replaced our manual competitive intelligence research.

  ### 3. Centralized Competitive Intelligence with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LaceSir F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I like that Klue keeps us informed on current news and events in the industry. I find that it serves as a central location for competitor battlecards. I also appreciate the alerts feature because they are great and help me stay updated with current news.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Alert refinement needs to be simpler, as lots of noise comes through. The rules inside the settings need to be made easier.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue keeps us informed on current news and events in the industry and serves as a central location for competitor battlecards.

  ### 4. Klue makes competitive insights actionable, keeps intel organized, and drives focused CI execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacques B. | Sr Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue stands out for the way it seamlessly connects our competitive intelligence efforts with our go-to-market teams. The CRM and Sales Asset Management integrations ensure our battlecards reflect real-time updates—no more chasing down old files or outdated slides. This dynamic sync has made competitive content instantly actionable within reps' daily workflows.

I also love the ability to assemble and distribute a weekly digest to our revenue teams. Klue makes it easy to curate top news, competitive insights, and key takeaways into a clean, digestible format. The result is broader awareness and faster alignment across teams.

The usage analytics are another highlight—being able to see who is using what content, how often, and how that correlates to outcomes is incredibly powerful. Klue’s win/loss metrics tied to battlecard usage give us clear signals on what’s resonating in the field and where we can optimize. It's not just an intelligence repository—it’s a performance enabler.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Klue is a strong platform, but there’s room to grow—especially in how it supports collaboration across multiple users. Co-authoring battlecards or assembling the weekly digest can feel a bit rigid, with limited real-time editing or version control. A deeper integration with Google Docs, or more robust native collaboration features, would go a long way in streamlining the process.

Additionally, the newsfeed could benefit from smarter filtering. We often see the same story syndicated across multiple sources, which clutters the feed and adds noise. A deduplication feature or more refined content filtering would help keep the signal strong.

Lastly, I’d love more flexibility within the analytics dashboard. Some of the default views and filters are helpful, but being able to set my own defaults or create saved views would save time and help me get to the insights faster.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is helping us solve several key challenges in competitive intelligence. First and foremost, it enables rapid updates to sales battlecards, ensuring that reps always have the most current insights at their fingertips. The analytics give us visibility into which assets are being used, by whom, and how that correlates with outcomes—giving us a data-driven way to refine what we deliver.

It also solves the “last mile” problem by pushing competitive content directly to sellers where they work—whether that’s within Klue, our CRM, or our sales content management platform. This seamless access drives adoption and helps ensure competitive intel isn’t siloed.

Klue also plays a role in our broader tech stack, integrating into adjacent AI programs where competitive data can be operationalized across different touchpoints. The platform keeps competitor information well-organized, tiered by importance, and easy to update and access.

Lastly, the weekly competitive digest has become a key benefit. It allows us to share timely, relevant competitive news with our revenue teams—even if that intel isn’t part of a formal battlecard. It keeps sellers in the loop on fast-moving developments that could influence deals, giving us a competitive edge in the field.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, Jacques. It's great to hear how Klue is helping you bridge competitive intelligence with your GTM teams. Real-time updates, easy-to-distribute digests, and usage analytics are all about making intel actionable—not just another set of docs that gather dust.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the digest and newsfeed, as well as the analytics dashboard. Our product team is actively exploring ways to leverage the latest tech to make it even easier. We’re here if you ever want to chat directly about how we can keep making Klue work better for you.

  ### 5. Klue is Essential for Product Marketing and GTM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor E. | Director, Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue solved problems that we had struggled for years with at my previous company, and when I moved recently to lead product marketing at another company, Klue was the first tool I prioritized for us to get. It integrates with Salesforce really cleanly, allows for pretty robust analysis when you get it set up right. The ease of use and linking battlecards and content together is great. The win-loss integration is phenomenal, no one can do it as well. The future roadmap is really promising as well. Just a fan overall of what they are doing in competitive intelligence and sales enablement in ways that actually are easy to use by sales reps. We're only as successful with competitive content/strategy as we can get sellers to digest/use, and Klue does that. The AI capabilities are becoming really strong, it's such an upgrade. Helps us to focus less on getting content perfectly right and simply getting it in so that the AI can find AEs the right content at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Honestly, there is literally nothing. I would recommend Klue to literally any company.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue helps us make competitive content accessible to the field with ease. The Slack integration, the AI, the way that battlecards can be easily managed and curated. All this contributes to us being able to pay attention to the feed, bring in content from other sources, and keep our battlecards and competitive intelligence up-to-date and easy to access. Sellers can easily access battlecards, and this creates greater accountability that the content is fresh. And because we're so easily able to identify and update content, I can take 3 minutes from getting a competitive insight and suddenly the entire field can access it in a tool they enjoy using and can be accessed by AI.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Thank you for the incredible review, Trevor. Hearing that Klue was the first tool you prioritized in your new role says everything. We're focused on helping product marketers and compete pros like yourself move fast, get leverage, and make sure sellers actually use what you're producing.

It's great to hear the AI capabilities are making an impact. We've been at it for a while, but are just getting started there, with many more features to come. More personalization, more automation, and even faster time-to-insight are all coming soon.

Appreciate the support. Thanks again for being such a strong advocate for Klue.

  ### 6. Battlecards and Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven W. | Sr. Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue's battlecards are well-organized and visually appealing. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to find and digest critical information quickly. The customer support team at Klue is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist as needed. From sales trainings to helping build internal success metrics to share with leadership.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Within the battlecards, we have seen information overload with too much detail. We have worked closely with Klue to help us streamline the content and make sure we are making our intel easy to use for sellers.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us streamline content to our sales team and assist with win-loss analysis.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Thanks for the review, Steven! Great to hear the battlecards are landing well and that our support team is making an impact.

Appreciate the note on information overload. We’re always working to help teams strike the right balance and keep content actionable.

Glad Klue is helping streamline intel and able to support your win-loss efforts too.

  ### 7. Our Go-To Competitive Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue's platform is simple to use and organized in a way that benefits both the curator and the end-user. Communicating with our sales teams and consolidating our competitive insights into one place has been instrumental in strengthening our unified GTM strategy against our core competition across products and industries.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Some of the curator building functions are clunky - i.e. swim lanes, formatting challenges - which can be frustrating when trying to find the card(s) you're looking for or design new ones.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we had in the past:
- Inconsistent coverage of competitors
- Disunified GTM messaging around competitors
- No central trusted hub for employees to go to
- Static content that goes stale in a fast-paced market

Klue allows us to contextualize competitive content in a standardized way and continue to make updates as the market changes. It enables our sales team or any other employees to take their education into their own hands knowing there's a team whose job it is to understand our company mission, and market landscape, and bridge the gap between those two for contextualized answers. Klue also gives us the autonomy to own our content and how it's delivered, which allows us to cross-collaborate with multiple teams or launch our own independent operations without additional overhead or approvals.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your thoughtful feedback.

We're thrilled to hear how Klue is helping unify your GTM strategy and giving your teams a trusted central hub. That is exactly the kind of impact we aim for.

We also appreciate your feedback on the current curator experience. Our Product team takes this feedback seriously and they're already actively working to evolve and improve this.

Thanks again for helping us build a better Klue. We’re excited for what’s ahead!

  ### 8. Great tool for AI-powered competitive intelligence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres C. | Marketing Analytics Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

The platform is comprehensive, with robust features for creating competitive battlecards, and newsletters with competitor's alerts. They keep adding more features each quarter, with a strong focus in AI recently. The customer service and account team is also great.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

The content creation in Klue can be a little frustrating sometimes. Creating or editing a table for battlecards is really hard. There's also no spell check in it.
I'd also like a feature to export battlecards into PPT or PDF formats for non-Klue users.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating battlecards and newsletters for competitive enablement to the sales and technical sales users.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Appreciate you taking the time to share this, Andres.

Really glad to hear Klue helps you deliver enablement to your teams, and that the experience with our team has been strong. That means a lot. And our team is always happy to hear it.

We're listening closely to feedback like yours and applying it directly to our roadmap. Improving how content is created, edited, and shared in Klue is a big focus for us this year. You’ll see the impact of that in upcoming releases. Thanks for your ongoing support.

  ### 9. Robust CI + Win/Loss Tool Backed by a Great Team of Experts & Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I like how Klue is a one-stop-shop for all of our competitors we need to track as well as the repository of win/loss interviews. We have the Gong integration and that was a great way to summarize (using their built-in AI) conversations and quickly copy/paste/summarize those insights into battlecards. I also like the Klue digests (ability to send newsletters) on a cadence to specific internal audiences to update the organization on the latest battlecards, win/loss interiew findings, and more.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

The interface is a bit too much at times with different views (if you are the admin/curator, you can have several views). Navigating the features and not understanding how best to train others internally and get adoption seemed difficult. The competitor boards have a lot of useful information but I was confused on how to make a battlecard and what that feature hierarchy really was to get to a simple battlecard. Luckily, my customer success rep was always accessible and trained where needed. The team at Klue is top notch.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting competitor insights and summarizing those to useful sales battlecards.

  ### 10. Klue makes the lives of our sales team easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

The recent features like "Ask Klue" and "Insights" allows anyone to get relevant information concisely and quickly. It's been a real game changer for our Sales teams when they're on the road, and for Enablement teams to prepare competitive materials.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Like any platform, what you put into it reflects what you get out of it. We constantly encourage our wider organization to populate information, but it usually comes down to a few stakeholders to keep information up-to-date.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has lots of competitors and Klue provides us with a platform to gather, organize, and disseminate intelligence to our GTM teams. Overall it benefits us by helping our brand identify areas of opportunity in the market. I don't know how any tech company does competitive without Klue.

  ### 11. Great platform for organising and sharing competitive intel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

It's easy to collect and organise intel in one place without it getting lost in random docs or channels. The battlecards are clean, customisable, and actually get used by sales. I also like that we can push the latest competitive intel through digests so the right people see them fast. The team is responsive, and the product keeps improving.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Nothing major comes to mind. No platform is perfect, but overall Klue does what we need it to do.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is solving the “intel everywhere but nowhere” problem. Before, competitive insights were scattered across slides, docs, emails, and people’s heads. Now everything’s in one place, easy to manage, and easy for teams to find when they need it.

It’s also helped make CI more scalable. Instead of fielding the same questions over and over, we can point teams to Ask Klue or a battlecard that’s already been built for that exact use case. It’s made our intel way more visible, and it’s saving time across product, sales, and leadership.

**Official Response from Jenn Delconte:**

> Thanks for the great review.

Seeing that your sales team is not just aware of the battlecards but actively using them is exactly what we love to hear.

We’re also glad that the digests are making it easier to get the right intel to the right people fast. Expect even more improvements on that front as we continue to refine how teams can more easily access insights where they matter most.

Thanks for trusting Klue to help you scale your competitive intel. We’re here if you ever need anything.

  ### 12. From Org-Wide Win-Loss to PMM Pet Project

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Battlecards are their core strength I hear from Marketing, but we've yet to see or use any of them.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Win-loss has become invisible now in our org. Theres almost zero understanding in the company now about why we are winning and losing and with which buyers. Slow to implement and get traction. Not used by nearly as many people, nor as often. Hard to find anything.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue was meant to solve-win loss insights for our company and empower our global field with real-time actions and understanding.

  ### 13. Amazing product and after sales support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue is a fantastic tool for competitive intelligence and for distributing battlecards and competitive newsletters within the company. I appreciate its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and find relevant information quickly. The real-time updates ensure that I always have the latest data on my competitors, helping me stay ahead in the market. The platform’s ability to aggregate and analyze data from various sources is impressive, providing comprehensive insights that are crucial for strategic decision-making.

I also need to highlight the effort and resources they provide to customers to ensure they can use the platform successfully. I would highly recommend Klue.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Klue's lanes take a bit getting used to. But I suppose the learning curve is common to any technology that gets adopted by companies.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue helps our team to scan competition offerings and also enable us to securely and seamlessly share confidential compete data across the business instead of Powerpoints, Word documents that make the process clunky, cumbersome and confusing when it comes to managing compete data in one single location as a single source of truth.

Klue also has an AI function and many features that ensure we have the most relevant and accurate data streaming in from online content ecosystems without our team manually scanning a wide range of competitors across geographies.

  ### 14. Robust and comprehensive CI platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I particularly like that Klue makes it easy to centralise every piece of information about a particular competitor, with the flexibility to add different types of Boards and different formats of Battlecards to support different audiences. It's easy to see how different products from overarching companies fit together, saving time and keeping the UI easy to navigate for end users.
The support offered by the team is excellent, and they are very committed to making the project a success - both operationally and strategically; our Klue CSM Harry has been very supportive to ensure we are on track.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

The UI can be a little frustrating to use as a Curator, particularly for editing content and applying formatting consistently. It would be great to be able to set up card templates, and to add more colours and formats to text. I'd also like to have a more open-ended style format for a battlecard to make it easier to transition content into Klue without needing to lift everything into a specific battlecard format.
It would also be great to let everyone (not just curators) contribute intel directly from the web to Klue - it's something I assumed was the case, and is frustrating to continue being a bottleneck.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is making it easier to provide a single source of truth for CI, enabling GTM team members to self-serve on everything from product knowledge through to talk tracks and sales content.

  ### 15. The Best Competitive Intelligence Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

The platform is very user friendly, making it extremely easy to use and drives adoption and engagement. The Salesforce and Slack integrations are very beneficial. The customer support is fantastic - Klue are experts when it comes to customer success. The built in Klue reports are also a huge win!

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

The browser extention integrations (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.) only allows curators to submit intel directly from web-pages. Extending this capability to all users would be beneficial.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competitive and Market Intelligence, Sales Enablement, Win/Loss Program, etc.

  ### 16. Delivers a lot of value for Sales & Marketing and works so well it makes me look great internally =)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I'm in charge of Klue and all CI at my company and lead the process of evaluating, selecting and implementing the tool. I use Klue almost every day.

-Everyone I've dealt with from sales, to onboarding, to tech to CSM have been incredibly friendly and helpful
-Their onboarding process was relatively quick and easy
-Their support importing and setting up all your existing CI content into Klue is amazing! The amount of time it saves having them sort through it, structure it and turn it all into boards and cards is insane. It means I could jump right into doing work in Klue vs. spending all my time building templates and copy/pasting. The value of this really cannot be underestimated. It made me productive on day one vs. weeks of ramp up time.
-Hubspot integration seems basic at first but actually allows a lot of flexibility, much more than Crayon and is actually quite easy to setup yourself.
-"Insights" is incredibly powerful and an underappreciated feature
-UX is simple, the "logic" of how things are setup makes sense
-My Customer success manager is great, regularly checks in with me and is super responsive when I have an issue or question
-They have offices and CSM people in EMEA! Their main competitor did not.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

There are no substantial or deal-breaker dislikes, only minor UX things that could be improved, but nothing that kept me from purchasing (or would keep me from purchasing again).

-Content formating for cards is too basic, unable to highlight and change multiple cells in a a table. I wish it were like Gsuite
-Had a scrolling bug in Alerts, which I ultimately fixed myself by finding faulty CSS and reporting it to them.
-Wish the lanes in each board had individual scroll bars
-Hubspot integration via iFrame is more powerful than it seems, but if you open a "Card within a card" you're taken outside to Klue in a new tab, vs. staying in Hubspot.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a single source of truth to store all CI data, not just for ease of access but so it can be maintained regularly and to ensure people are using the most up to date info in sales pitches etc.

  ### 17. Team of awesomeness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheryl F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I can't believe how much support we have from the Klue team. From the sales process through onboarding and getting use out of the product, we have benefited greatly from Klue's team regarding best practices and execution.

I have loved the templates and frameworks that were recommended and am super pumped to bring this to life with all of our team.

Klue is also easy to use yet robust to filter and sort information that you want to see and review.

I also can't believe how amazing it is to have someone help upload content and provide that extra set of hands to get intel live into the platform!

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Still looking for specific monitors and intel that will benefit us. Our industry is quite niche. So getting enough intel on our competitors is a challenge at times. But we are working on it--and the team has been helpful in helping me identify sources/getting other sources of intel into the platform.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having identified our primary and secondary competitors, we are able to collectively collaborate in one place. Thus the formatting is consistent and there is a single source of truth. Getting fresh intel (daily) is also helpful. It keeps me abreast of what is going on with our market without me having to log in multiple sites. Love the digest!

  ### 18. Outstanding service and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Our partners at Klue have taken the time to truly understand our business and support our market insights program with a strategic, collaborative approach. Their collaboration, project management, and focused content efforts set them apart from other competitive intel providers. They focus on the needs of their clients and their success. They help to keep us on task, meet their timelines, and pull in support from other areas if needed. They above all else are kind, listen, and help us to meet our competitive intel goals.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I wish the monitors offered more value. It is a small window of time it captures and it would be great to filter out changes in cookies, etc that aren't helpful and focus on more significant web page content changes.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a person dedicated to competitive intel/market intel so their partnership and project management has helped us to support a more comprehensive CI program.

  ### 19. Great tool for Competitor Intelligence Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhinay G. | Sr. EHS Product Specialist / Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue is an easy-to-use tool for tracking competitor intelligence. Its intuitive features, like Digest and competitor analytics, have significantly improved our ability to publish impactful sales battlecards and empower our sales team to win more competitive deals. The Digest feature provides timely and relevant insights, keeping our team well-informed, while the competitor analytics offer invaluable data to refine our strategies. Klue's Customer Success and Support teams have been outstanding, providing prompt assistance and ensuring that we're maximizing the platform's potential. Overall, Klue has proven to be an essential asset in strengthening our competitive edge.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Klue is working on bring more integrations. I would like to see Chorus integration soon so that I can start tracking competitor mentions.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual process of going through all the competitor website.
Avoiding the time consuming process of analysing the competitor wins and relevant data.

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I most like the insights taht I was able to get for marketing and building sales pipelines

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I least liked the layout of the system as it took me a little bit of time to get use to

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue helped me buildsales pipeline and help me learn abou the success of my outreach

  ### 21. Excellent Onboarding & Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

We have just started using Klue for our GTM team and the process has been very smooth. From our sales rep, onboarding partner, to our customer success manager, I could not have asked for better partners in launching Klue and getting support from our leaders. Implementation was easy, especially considering there were multiple internal teams involved on our end. The software itself is excellent, I love the newsletter feature and the battlecards have gotten good feedback in our pilot process.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Klue

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have static battlecards that were very challenging for our sales reps to read in one-off conversations. They were also tedious to update and there was no real feedback loop to engage our sales teams with to update with better intel. Klue has solved all of those problems for us.

  ### 22. Great Competitive Enablement Tool and Better People

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin R. | Head of Competitive and Market Intelligence, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue is easy; the learning curve is slight and easy to pick up. your team will find it easy to use. Klue is relatively easy to update and build out content. The service provided by Klue is best in class for CI enablement tools. What they are doing with the Insights tool is fantastic. I currently use their BETA for review sites; the insights are incredible. Each week, they add something new to the functionality, which is a must for any CI expert to have access to. The options for presenting Intel are excellent. The ability to quickly make and track updates is outstanding. I have used Klue at a couple of stops now and they have been a true partner in building an effective Competitive Function. Support is top-notch! We integrate it into Seismic, which works very well; when SFDC is launched, it will also be integrated.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

While it is easy to build content, I do not like the content tool. It is finicky, and your options are limited, and you, at times, just have to live with the formatting, but once again, it is easy. I also struggle with the Alerts, while it is powerful it is not intuitive and I get frustrated at times that it takes so many clicks to process and you cannot action it and view it at the same time making you navigate away from the alerts tool to read and then try to find your way back in Alerts to what you were reviewing. These are pretty minor and I cannot say enough good about Klue.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue solves the problem of disparate data sources for Competitive and Market Intelligence by allowing the collection, analysis, processing, and distribution of intel. It is critical in keeping track of the competitors and market via automated tools. It also solves the problem of dated materials by being able to push updates and control older content. Klue makes your CI team more capable, where they spend more time applying intelligence instead of collecting and processing; automation and one source of truth make your analyst much more effective.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you Dustin, you've been an incredible supporter over the years and we appreciate you.

  ### 23. Impressive customer service and platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

The people at Klue are simply the best. Professional, prompt, smart, and attentive. I love having all my competitive data in one place. The insights the platform generates are powerful and extremely user friendly. We recently switched to Klue for our win/loss program and have been very happy with that choice.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

My one and only complaint is that our reports from our previous win/loss provider are not yet able to be tagged into the system for insight generation. I know this is on the roadmap, but would love to see it put in place asap!

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is solving our CI and win/loss intelligence gathering.

  ### 24. Great customer support and robust competitive solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I like how easy it is to set up a competitive program . There are a lot of great features that make sure we have updated information and are able to track results and enable the sales team.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

There are a lot of features - it's hard to learn everything when you also have other jobs as a product marketer. Its a great tool for my team, but have had a hard time "selling" it to others outside of PMM.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining battlecards and ensuring the right, most up to date information goes out to the organization.

  ### 25. Nifty tool for competitive intelligence.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle Z. | VP Sales Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue provides a real-time data feed for companies that users identify as being competitive in their space, allowing users to stay "in the know" about any and all activity associated with that competitor, from press releases, to media mentions, to blog posts to key hires. As such, it saves users from having to manually search for competitive intelligence on their own, which is a great time saver. Also, the customer service is top notch, both via the dedicated account rep and the handy chat, where response time is super quick (keeping in mind that Klue is based in Vancouver, BC and operates on PST).

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Due to the churn rate of the Kluebot, the volume of insights that wind up in data cards and news feeds can be overwhelming, but users do have the ability to fine-tune what they want to see, on both their Boards and in their News Feeds. Given the alternative (not ENOUGH insights being provided), this is a better problem to have.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From new product offerings to M&A activity, it's imperative that we be able to get information about our competitors ASAP and Klue helps on that front, allowing salespeople to be at the ready with points and counterpoints when going up against a competitor in a pitch situation.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you so much Danielle! We appreciate your input

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Klue's UI can be very confusing across the platform - alerts, competitive battlecards, etc.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 32. Klue Makes Competitive Intel Efficient and Empowering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

From the very beginning, I knew Klue was the platform my team needed to go with. My sales rep, Qayam, was incredibly empathetic and kind. He is a unicorn sales rep who actively listens and allows prospects to guide his pitch. Also, he is an expert in the Klue platform and could explain everything to me (not every sales rep can do that.)

For my organization, it was essential to have a simple, straightforward experience for my end users. Klue's user experience is foolproof and provides everything your users need on the dashboard they see immediately after logging in. It also makes curating and analyzing the intel faster and easier for me as the administrator. The "triage" function in the alerts feeds allows curators to quickly sort through intel to identify the most relevant pieces. Then after you have sorted, you can use the generative AI summarization feature so you don't have to open 20 different tabs and spend hours reading every article. This feature alone has saved me hours weekly.

Klue's onboarding and customer support teams are exceptional when it comes to providing support. They have a comprehensive "everboarding" process in place to make sure every internal team gets the right training and assistance. Their content team collaborates with you to improve your CI materials using the best practices available. (Special shout-out to Charlie!) Their onboarding specialists guide you through the platform, helping you add your competitors, set up alerts, and familiarize yourself with the features. I had the privilege of working with Monika, and she was amazing in addressing my unique needs. Their Customer Success Managers are dedicated to driving the entire initiative and advocating for the success of their customers. Sarah is my CSM, and she kept me on track and managed every stage of the onboarding process. She went above and beyond to ensure the successful launch of our CI program!

Now that we have used Klue for almost 3 months, I have seen immense improvements in user adoption rates, especially for my sales and support teams. We went from a 10% rolling adoption rate with our previous platform to an 86% user adoption rate with Klue. My original goal was to reach just 40% adoption rates- but Klue has really delivered! Thank you so much to everyone I have worked with at Klue. Y'all are incredible!

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

So far- nothing! I have only had great experiences.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue connects with the platforms we already use, encouraging the adoption of competitive intelligence. It solves the problem of time-consuming competitive intelligence research by collecting relevant intel for you.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Hi Mary - this is great to hear, thank you. We think you're pretty incredible too, and appreciate this review.

  ### 34. Incredibly insightful and hugely beneficial to our organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Our company created a new Competitive Intelligence team this year, and all our processes were manual. Klue automated many of the systems that were taking up significant time and provided a more comprehensive, accurate view of our competitors. Utilizing Klue has freed up more time for our team to work on other vital projects. Our executive team loves the regular newsletters, and we're looking forward to getting more people trained to use the platform so that the whole company can benefit from Klue's competitor insights!

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I don't think we've had any complaints about Klue, either within our Competitive Intelligence team or from the other internal teams we've shared the platform with. We have nothing but good things to say!

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems we faced before implementing Klue was having a blind spot regarding how our company compared to others in our industry in terms of product, membership, pricing, etc. Klue has provided more visibility across our competitive landscape and allowed us to synthesize data to help our organization make strategic decisions.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback, Maddie. We appreciate your support!

  ### 35. A great and aspiring Competitive Intelligence Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana I. | Senior Partner Content Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

1. A VERY dedicated team! I love the fact that my team can always rely on Klue team members for help! They are quick and always eager to resolve issues or help with requests!
2. Constant feature improvements and new features. Klue keeps growing and adding new features, integrations, etc. all the time! This is making our lives much and much easier!
3. Fair Pricing.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I think that they still have to work on adding and improving some automation features but I am sure it's on their roadmap.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us gather better market insight into our competitors and automate our competitive intelligence platform.

  ### 36. It's the kit bag that every salesperson dreams of.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

It provides a way for sellers operating in a broad, complex and ever-changing competitive landscape to navigate tricky conversations around any competitor by giving real-time alerts and updates with a regular roundup of key takeaways.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Sometimes setting up the infrastructure for the first time is time-consuming, and the lead time on Klue's intelligence gathering phase creates a delay - which, when you are keen to start using it, can be disappointing.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate in several industries, in each of which there are many competitors, so Klue helps us position ourselves against different companies with different propositions with different buyers - easily.

Consistency of message - we wanted to ensure we had a coherent story across all our sellers, and Klue helps us achieve that with talk tracks that everyone can follow.

  ### 37. Mostly great, one or two annoying bugettes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Automatically and continuously sucks up public info for as many companies as you care to track. We track 100+.

Easy to build, update, and distribute battlecards to the sales teams. Multiple ways for sales reps to access the competitive content quickly and easily.

Licensing model: Klue lets you have unlimited info consumers. That really works well if you're growing the team, or unsure about how many consumers you will have. The limit on the license is on how many battlecards you can have at the same time. There are tiers for that, so you can start small in the first year, then pay more as you bulid out your competitive capabilities.

Onboarding and support: Great onboarding team worked with us diligently and intensively through the first few months, then less so as we got up and running. But always there when we needed them. Support mostly very strong. Good online knowledge base, generally immediate access to support team through chat. So most of my "how do I...." questions very quickly resolved. Some bugs (see my dislikes) took longer to resolve. I'm OK with that, because Klue does seem very responsive and they will (so far!) fix the bugs that we've found in a reasonable time. And all software has bugs, doesn't matter which vendor you choose....

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

It's a fast moving SaaS company. Sometimes it seems to move a little too fast and so some minor features do not work as they should. To be clear though, these were all just frustrating and annoying, not show stoppers by any means. Examples:

For one specific competitor, Klue pulled the wrong blog. There was a completely unrelated company with a product that hapened to be the same name as the company that we compete against. It tooks a few weeks with support to get that fixed.

Digest: Klue provides a digest, an easy way to push updates to the sales team on a regular basis. One week I had some very funky formating in there that just would not go away. Support couldn't fix it quickly, I just had to publish as is....

RSS Feeds: We've just started to add a couple to track (media sites etc). The results I'm seeing in the alerts (where Klue shows me all the recent updates it's found) do not make any sense to me. So we're working on that one through with our onboarding team right now.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily getting up-to-date competitive intel into the hands of our sales team. Secondly, to just continuously suck up info on any company that we might want to include in market research projects.

  ### 38. Smart product with unbelievable support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Where to start! Curating content into one place is massive for us. Then that it's so searchable from Slack or the plugin. Our teams have loved the Klue mobile app when they attend events. It's great for in-the-moment intelligence or sharing insights from the event itself.

The fact that we can report to leaders the level of engagement from their teams and tie it into their overall performance has been incredible.

Finally, the level of support is a bar to be set. The product is incredibly intuitive and implementation was a breeze, but the hardest part of competitive intel is actually going through it. The Klue team has been there every step of the way to help me get the intel in the hands of our team.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

It's not a dislike but an opportunity to continue investing in the reporting features. We love what we have an can't wait to see the additional reports they build.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating intelligence from across the various mediums; helping us keep on top of new and emerging competitors; staying informed on market trends; providing a single point of reference for the team to find information. Before everything was everywhere and multiple versions existed leading the team to feel lost and often overwhelmed. It's greatly improved the trust our team has in competitive intelligence and helped them respond to questions from customers, prospects, and partners faster than before.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We're always here to help, every step of the way. Appreciate this review.

  ### 39. Fantastic customer support that goes above and beyond

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadine C. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

We decided to subscribe to Klue so we could keep track of competitors more easily. I really like that there is no limit on how many competitors you need to track, which is vital for a business like ours that has multiple use cases for our products. The system itself is user-friendly, but the standout for me has been the customer service - we have felt really supported the whole time from Klue, it's not just been a quick training session on how to use it and then a goodbye. There's been training, tips, guidance, and hands-on support from recommendations to actually helping us build and get content into the system, which has been super helpful. Harry, our customer rep, has been incredibly helpful throughout and is a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

There's nothing I dislike, but the one improvement I would like to see is annotations / comments added to curator mode within the battlecards, so we can tag content for people to edit and make suggestions within specific places within the tool, this would help us curate as a team within the Klue environment.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our reps feel much more up to date on the competitive environment from the digest alone. We even won a deal off the back of the intel from the digest as it triggered a proactive conversation. We also use it in a non traditional way, by having it as a base for our messaging sales enbablement guides - because the features which allow users to pull the cards in Salesforce and Slack lend themselves well to using this as a base to pull wider sales enablement support beyond just competitive intelligence. Having one source of truth and go to for reps for competitive intel in a really easy to digest format has also been a win, particularly as we are a growing business with lots of new sales reps who need to quickly get up to speed.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you Nadine! Harry will be happy to see this too

  ### 40. Klue has proven to be an invaluable asset in our quest for competitive intelligence at Criteo.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishma S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue has revolutionized the way we approach competitive intelligence by providing us with actionable insights and strategies through comprehensive competition playbooks. These playbooks are tailored to each specific competitor, offering a deep dive into their strengths, weaknesses, and go-to-market tactics.

We use Klue to meticulously create competition playbooks, combining both internal and external data sources to provide a holistic view of our competitors' strategies. The playbooks cover a wide range of aspects, including product positioning, pricing strategies, messaging, customer testimonials, and key wins and losses. This level of detail allows us to understand not only what our competitors are doing but also why and how they are doing it.

The playbooks in Klue go beyond simple information gathering. They provide actionable intelligence that enables us to formulate effective counterstrategies and capitalize on our competitors' vulnerabilities. By leveraging the insights from these playbooks, we can adapt our own positioning, messaging, and sales approach to outmaneuver the competition and win in the market.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Additionally, while Klue excels in monitoring online sources, it would be advantageous if it could incorporate offline intelligence as well.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization and Distribution of Competitive Intel. The platform interface has greatly enhanced our ability to gather, analyze, and leverage critical market insights. One of the standout aspects of Klue is its ability to seamlessly aggregate information from various sources, providing us with a comprehensive view of our competitive landscape. Furthermore, the competition playbooks are continuously updated and enriched with fresh data, ensuring that we have the most up-to-date intelligence at our fingertips. This dynamic nature of Klue's playbooks keeps us agile and responsive to market changes, empowering us to stay one step ahead of our competitors.

  ### 41. Great customer onboarding and attention to detail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larissa B. | Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Klue itself is an amazing platform to centralize competitive intelligence. It helps to support all internal teams with their battles and even provides great insights when conducting market research. The onbarding is amazing, and our contact person is extremely responsive and helpful. She's focussing on our success, which is very special.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

It's tricky when working with multiple languages, as it's very focused on the English language.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is helping to align our CI strategy and transforming the way our internal teams share and access information.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review; noted on language support and on our future roadmap. All the best

  ### 42. A very simple, easily managed, and organizable competitive intelligence program

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruthwik A. | Supply Chain Implementation Consultant , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Working with the Klue platform and personnel to develop our competitive intelligence program has been a really pleasant experience, both with the people involved and with the software itself. I appreciate how Klue organizes all of our competitive intel in one spot that is easy to keep up with and distribute across our business, from sales to product development to leadership.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

There isn't anything to hate about Klue. It will only take some minutes to get it up and running. The following issue I uncover is that battle card configurations are limited, as are push alerts when changes occur on tracked sites.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Klue boards assist us in organizing all of the information we collect into a format that is simple to share and update. Alerts help us in staying on top of frequently checking and updating the boards, ensuring that the material is always up to date. The automatic news notifications are comparable to Google Alerts, but with an excellent tool for processing and adding information to the appropriate boards, as well as a digest email.

  ### 43. Helping improve competitive intel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breann H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

How easy it is to see and update competitive intel. The feeds are super helpful for understanding market moves.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Sometimes, the news has a lag of a few days when updated. But it is still better than manually scrubbing competitor websites frequently.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no way that I, as a single person could manually scrub our competitor websites for Press releases, blogs, analyst reports, etc. KLUE takes that work off my plate.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thanks for your input!

  ### 44. Excellent Tool With Great Team

I have found the Klue team to be really engaged and connected to their customer and ensure that their customers are enabled to get the best out of Klue. Content available on Klue.com is super helpful for someone who is starting in Competitive Intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

One of the few things I disliked about Klue was the flexibility around content width and formatting options around tables and grids. There should also be potential to improve on seeking feedback. Based on the target user/active user, it automatically should seek input and feeds the curator on what to improve.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is helping us solve two major challenges i.e. centralizing the intelligence and ensuring correct messaging around product and service. It is helping in reducing the effort on manual effort on basic company profiling.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thank you so much for completing this review and for your insightful product feedback, this is now captured.

  ### 45. Massive force-multiplier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

It's great to feel confident that we're not missing any news or developments regarding competitors — the sources it scrapes are comprehensive and the signal-to-noise ratio is excellent.

The battlecards we can create also do an excellent job striking the balance between flexibility, ease of access to information, and depth.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

There are a few clumsy parts of the UI — things I wish I could do a certain way and can't. But nothing major or fundamental — every quibble I have is something I feel comfortable raising to the product team and that could be fixed without a ton of effort.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Empowering our sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams with the competitive intelligence they need to maintain leadership in our market segment. Klue is the trusted source for what's happening with competition and what we can be doing to win.

  ### 46. Being set up for success

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Klue?**

From the vendor selection and procurement process through the onboarding and training, Klue has been incredibly helpful. They provide many quickstart guides and tools to help set you up for success. Each person I've interacted with to date has been professional and helpful.

The platform is intuitive and offers different points of entry depending on user preference. I appreciate the pre-made cards and the integrations available to incorporate Klue into existing systems.

I also appreciate Klue's Compete Network, which allows me to engage with and learn from peers.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I can't think of any significant dislikes now, but as with most SaaS platforms, companies should be mindful of the time it takes for implementation and integration and ensure the appropriate teams are engaged early on.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is helping to centralize intel and its distribution to teams. This will help reduce the manual process of collecting information and proactively enable our teams with real-time insights.

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> What an Angel you are, thanks so much for this review! We appreciate your support!

  ### 47. Brilliant product! Great for streamlining competitive intel. Bye Bye spreadsheets!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nasir Q. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

Amazing UI, easy to navigate, and awesome support.

Klue's customer success team keeps you engaged until you are 100% confident in using the platform.

I appreciated the time and effort the team put in to ensure we were using the platform to its full potential.

I also love the automation features of this tool! It makes life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I believe they need to improve their text editing experience. Sometimes, it is frustrating when keyboard shortcuts don't work like you are used to.

That's the only improvement I can think of. Excellent tool otherwise!

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our competitive intel
A great repository to read updated intel on competitors
Sales never misses a new development because of the slick Klue + Slack integration

**Official Response from Suman‌ Melville:**

> Thanks so much, Nasir, for taking the time for this. We truly appreciate your support. Your product feedback is also very helpful!

  ### 48. Klue makes battlecards easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

I have been building battlecards for my entire career, and it has always been a pain to deal with formatting, getting as much information as possible onto a single page without the type being too small, etc. With Klue it is easy to create a high level battlecard with the option to click in for deeper insights. I also love that I can easily link to other resources in the battlecards so that my sales reps have a wealth of resources right at their fingertips without having to dig for it.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

The only real downside I would say is the user interface can be a bit busy at times, and sometimes I can't quickly find what I'm looking for. That being said, once you learn the interface there are actually a lot of very thoughtful features that are small, but help with streamlining workflows.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klue is super helpful for getting all our competitive intel in one place, and making it super easy for all our users to find the information they need without having to search multiple sources.

  ### 49. Has Helped Our Comp Intel 10 Fold!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Klue?**

It's very user-friendly, and we were able to streamline our comp intel process quickly. We were working out of Google Docs before Klue came on, and now it is so much easier to manage and track the intelligence we have on competitors.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

I wish the intel gathered automatically on the boards was more in-depth. Also, I don't like that there isn't a bulk edit option available. It would be helpful to have a find and edit option for any mistake made across battlecards or even to make changes as intel changes.

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made my workflow a lot better and more efficient. I can use the already collected intel and research our competitors on my own time and build battlecards that are actually being utilized.

  ### 50. Amazing Company and Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

**What problems is Klue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awareness of the competitive landscape, ability to find several news articles easily, staying up to date with our competition.
