I like that the email highlights every change on the website with a pink highlight. You can mouse over the page and see the changes for that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I haven't had any bad experiences. I suppose anything can be improved - perhaps they can scrape the information to make it more summarized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No he encontrado ninguna desventaja.

I haven't found any disadvantages. Perhaps I would improve the ability to ignore certain specific changes, for example, the date or time of the last access to a web page, which is common on public administration websites, triggers an alert. I would like to be able to ignore certain modifications, for example, using CSS selectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Usability, price and dashboard. It's also intelligent over competitors, allowing you to set alerts from deep into a website after multiple clicks and inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're in a rush, maybe you could say it takes a while to set up accurately. Some people in the office have not found it to be accurate or helpful. Why was that? - user error every time, not the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using this service for at least three years. Visualping is a clean/easy solution to a very common issue: needing to track updates on a web page that offers neither RSS, email, or Twitter updates. Think job listings, news updates, etc., anything you need to know when it's published but don't want to check manually.
There are other services that provide a similar tracking feature, but most I've tried are complicated and contain ads. Visualping has options to run checks daily or weekly, and there are no ads. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Biggest downside is price. It's a top-tier service but also it's not cheap. The free version might be enough for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, a lot of use cases and ways to leverage the tool, convenient way to stay up-to-date of changes to competitor feature changes, price changes, and market positioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
False positives are triggered and sometimes the change visual snippet that comes through in the alerts is not accurate nor helpful in determining if a change you were monitoring was actually made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visualping gives me exactly the options I need to monitor webpages for changes - text based, image based, narrowed to certain elements on the page, and even allows me to insert pauses, clicks, refreshes etc so it can mimic my path through a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can give false alarms if a webpage has some dynamic elements I don't expect, but that's mostly dependant on how a web page is designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visualping allows me to limit the time spent monitoring the websites of my competitors. Once it is set up it works independently and only notifies me when sites have been updated or altered. I know changes have occurred immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the app does what it says it does. It's very simple in its design and scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's great at sending me an email any time a website changes, whether that's an item coming into stock at a store or a job posting getting added to a careers page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was a bit easier to filter out false positives (for example when a page is in an error state), but maybe they support that and I just haven't dug in yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use visual ping to stay up to date on the happenings in our township. We watch the agendas and announcements of upcoming meetings. We are always in the know about what is coming because of VisualPing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like about visualping is that you have to log in to THEIR site to stay active as opposed to clicking through their email to the site your monitoring. I only have my login on one computer and they send me emails telling me I'm going to be inactivated if I don't visit their site in X amount of time. ONLY complaint. Really love the service. Visualping is a great tool for checking for changes to websites and blogs. Useful when you can't find a related RSS feed, don't necessarily want to subscribe to a newsletter or even have a temporary need to keep track of a site. Easy to set up a monitoring process and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free tier has a small number of "monitor/month" counts. It's a minor annoyance that I just work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
