The thing I like best about Visualping is how easy it is to set up and use. You simply enter the URL of the page you want to monitor and Visualping handles the rest. It lets you customize the monitoring by choosing which elements on the page to track and how frequently you want it to check for changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version of Visualping limits you to monitoring up to 3 sites. To monitor more sites or additional pages on a site, you have to upgrade to a paid subscription. Thats the only downside I find Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VisualPing has earned the highest appreciation of me and my colleagues for several reasons. Firstly, its simplicity and ease of use make it accessible even for non-technical individuals. Secondly, the service's timely notifications provide peace of mind, ensuring we never miss important updates of devices firmware or security issues published by vendors. Lastly, VisualPing's reliability and accuracy is unmatched - we tried many solutions and nothing comes even close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had to be really nit-picky here, as there are no major issues. The only thing we would like improved is the mobile UI. It would be great to have a dedicated mobile app as well to easily manage our alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's an ok service, little slow but does what it intended to do. Unfortunately I got emails from their employees to write a review and get a giftcard in return. Well after doing this I never heard from them again. Even after sending a couple of emails I just never got an answer from them. So that's why I'm updating my review. Customer support just doesn't reply to your emails. It's as if you send a email to a void. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely easy to implement. Just provide your email address you want notified and the urls you want monitored (and add additional configuration if you have something more complex to monitor), and you're done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know of any downside to using this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Visualping's simplicity and efficiency. It's easy to set up website monitoring, and the email alerts are reliable. It's a great tool for keeping an eye on changes to web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One drawback of Visualping is that the free version has limitations on the number of checks and alerts you can set up. Additionally, some users might find the user interface a bit basic compared to more feature-rich competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visualping closes the notification loop for sites that don't really support any other functionality. I use it to monitor my local neighborhood council committee meetings calendar and the download page for a software tool I use a lot and need to keep track of updates. It sees a change, and I get a nice little e-mail. Can't ask for more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - it really solves a problem and does it well. I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visualping is a convenient tool for monitoring website changes, especially when it comes to tracking product evolutions and announcements on various tech websites. The platform is user-friendly and offers robust functionality. I appreciate the flexibility to customize the frequency of checks and choose between text or image-based change detection. The email alerts are both prompt and informative.
While the free tier is generous, considering the time saved through the reliable automation it provides, I believe it's entirely worth the extra investment to unlock additional features and quota Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s not much to dislike about Visualping. If I had to pick something it would be the ability to exclude changes in Ad sections, allowing only the alterations in the actual content to be flagged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best quality of Visualping is the ability to configure settings according to the user's needs. It's incredibly easy to implement changes, and integrate in any line of work with all the available features. I use Visualping everyday, because I have settings configured to show me webpage changes at a specific frequency (at least once a day). If I have any questions, Visualping's customer support is available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful thing may be the number of options to configure settings of the pings; it can get confusing and I often have to look up what certain options do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visualping is simlple to setup and use. We use it to monitor changes in our Robots.txt and XML sitemaps. When teams makes changes we are lerted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really ar no major downsodes to VisualPing. It does exactly what we need it to do, monitor simple files. If we wanted to use it to monitor websites it would not work as well because mosy news sites change frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In less than 5 minutes, I was signed up and already tracking 3 competitor pages. Super easy interface to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I signed up for the Personal account first. It's kinda like a freemium model service where you can see everything but you would need to upgrade to get access to some of the features. So it's a little unclear until you click around to see what you actually get. But for free, it's got plenty to get us started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
