At this time. I would like better breakdown SOW's and consultant hours spent on these projects. It is difficult when I hav eto come through the MAS hours and pull out the SOW hours that were recorded as MAS hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well depends on all the factors you want to accomplish. So for us we have one person who knows our system and process and because of that things can take a bit longer to implement. I struggle to point to a failure in the relationship thus far. We have been working with a core team of SAP B1 experts through their merger into the current VistaVu organization. VistaVu Solutions has played a crucial role in implementing all our EDI needs and beyond. Our company's strategy is to run a lean IT operation and therefore we outsource all EDI needs to VistaVu Solutions.
They have not only implemented the migration of all our main clients to EDI, they are our source for solving any errors stemming from EDI transactions.

The consultant assigned to work with us, Ema Nicolas, was responsive and knowledgable. She quickly dealt with any percieved issues and helped us design integration that works better than we expected. In the past, we had issues with getting new account managers at least once a year, and each one had varying levels of knowledge about our company or SAP B1 technical knowledge.
