There is a quick line from the base level support to escalating to Professional services. Somtimes it is frustrating when just seekign answers it gets escalated. The team is very responsive. But you get lot of issues once they implement the solution. But overall we were able to overcome all issues and go live Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a few different account managers and it takes them a while to get up to speed sometimes. But this can't really be helped and when issues are escalated they are usually resolve quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely nothing. Well, perhaps the fact that I do not need to deal with them frequently, as we switched to another provider for our regualr SAP service needs. Too bad we still have to deal with VIsion33 when it comes to EDI issues because they hold the rights to the Connector. So, they hold us captive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No Customer Service. Everything takes months and months to accomplish. They do not answer emails, come to meetings unprepared, do not do what they promised to do, charge exuberant rates for whatever little they manage to do. Treat small customers as they are dong them a favour. And that is not just one or two people, the whole company behaves like this. I really like the responsiveness. I haven't had any situation where I was left hanging without any answers, and most of the time, answers are quick and precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I have with Vision33 is the low amount of resources available in french. They do have a few people available to offer their services in french, but the core of their organization isn't geared toward providing services in french. In my case, it isn't a real issue, but it is worth mentioning for people outside of the English-speaking world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the preferred partners of V33 are challenging and difficult to work with at times. V33 does an excellent job of jumping in when there are issues but having to escalate to them is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
