It beautifully consolidates an investor CRM, the ability to cleanly share and track views of your pitch deck, and makes it really easy to send out updates to individuals, groups, or the whole CRM. When it comes to raising investment, Visible is one of your most powerful tools. Visible is an absolute game-changer for startup founders. The platform makes it super easy to connect with investors and send out beautifully designed updates. Having all my VCs in their database saves so much time. The data room feature is fantastic for securely sharing info with investors, and the analytics tracking is a great bonus. I've been using it for 5+ years to send updates to invetors and stakeholders on a monthly basis. Of course I could also just a normal email marketing tool for this purpose, but I love how simple and focused Visible is on just this one task. I can just go in and start writing without thinking about formatting, layout, etc.

I also have a few different lists ("investors", "advisors", "potentials") and it's super easy to keep track of who opens and engages with emails, etc.

I think it would be great if it were avaialble as a plugin or add-on for HubSpot. Since I use HubSpot for CRM and Marketing already, I kind of wish I could consolidate all of my outreach into one venue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visible is the absolute best software tool for communicating with investors. It is extremely easy to have recurring updates with data and metrics to support the updates. Ever since I switched to Visible, I have been able to keep all of my investors informed about the successes and challenges of the business, allowing them to help me as needed. They have limited data connections to connect the data and metrics of the business to updates, but they do have a decent API and can connect to basic spreadsheets so there are good work arounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really to create investor updates with meaningful content. We can leverage data from different aspects of our business through the integrations to present information in a manner that is easily consumable by investors and other stakeholders.
