What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?

Virtuous is built to help organizations be responsive. It is user-friendly, intuitive and most importantly it helps organizations reach donors at scale. The automations are amazing and help create really meaningful touchpoints with supporters and I love the scoring that's built in. I also love that the marketing and CRM are built together, so I can see all donors' activity with the organization all in one place. As someone who has used Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Kindful and Salsa, Virtuous is the best fundraising platform/CRM I have evaluated or used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?

This is a hard question to answer because I really love Virtuous. The price point is higher than some other fundraising platforms, but you get what you pay for and since it truly grows with organizations and helps them grow, I think it's worth the investment up front. What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?

Virtuous offers giving pages that will meet the needs of receiving donations. We run a platform for sending coffee for donations given, and respectfully, they are not a fulfillment style of system. After spending a month learning how to operate the basics of Virtuous, it has a nice feel to it. They are constantly updating things to improve user experience. With unlimited users to their system and unlimited queries for assistance through their email channel, that is a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?

They offer an academy of videos to help you learn how to use the program which is nice, it takes about a week to complete those to know how to use them. They do offer an account rep to help escalate issues and their staff is extremely nice. However, their response time on support issues can be 1 -5 business days, depending on their workload. They do not offer a phone support service option yet, but I know they are working towards making that a reality. Their automation platform for sending automated emails lacks assistance and ease of use. I would enjoy more of a plug-and-play feature. Their platform offers a generous amount of email usage per month, and their email-building platform for plug-and-play is in process for upgrades. With time, I expect they will be a great program. What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?

I love the integration ability. Our non-profit can sync our email system, donor wealth screening software, and a whole source of other things. Overall, it's really user-friendly and a lot easier to find what you're looking for compared to other outdated software like The Raiser's Edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?

While the initial training was helpful, the more hands-on training was redundant and unhelpful in determining how to use Virtuous specifically for our organization's needs. Additionally, any further specific training costs more, which seems to boarder-line nickel and dime customers. Further, it would be nice if you could make specific global actions, like updating donor wealth data for people in our database, rather than manually entering each contact individually and updating the data. We work with over 150 nonprofits and manage multiple CRMs. Virtuous provides the easiest and cleanest donation entry process we have. We also provide consulting to clients in business process implementation and Virtuous automations are vital to ensuring all functions are working efficiently and effectively. Virtuous has been a beneficial asset to our nonprofit. The database is easy to use, and it's pretty simple to navigate. The Virtuous Team is always available to help, and the new features rolling out have been helpful for the team.
