It's very easy to get started. The online documentation is thorough and well structured. The user interface is straightforward to navigate to. You won't take long until you've built your first test. The ability to use natural language means that automated testing can be performed without knowledge of coding which is a huge win for flexibility & cost savings! It also does cool things like give you a slider that allows you to compare changes to a website between two testing runs visually. You can schedule entire execution plans to run on a regular schedule and just email you the results! It's self-healing and gives you loads of opportunities to fine tune your testing!
