I liked that it was easy to use, easy to integrate into our existing system and easy to teach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found any dislikes yet. Enjoy this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that finally we don't have to spend huge amounts of hours testing and can set up Virtuoso to automate a lot of this work for us. For us Virtuoso and the team is product and user-focused. They tell you what they do then give you a platform that lets you do it. Then give you all the support you need. Great company ethos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How resourced constrained I have been to do what we needed to do on our side. Would like more visibility on what things they have planned for the future, so maybe a publicly available roadmap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Virtuoso gives an easy way to automate tests which can be done by any technical as well as non-technical background person. Easy to use tool with scheduling of test runs and healing features are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting can be something that can have more customization. having some predefined extensions for generic functions can save hassle for non technical persons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to start creating automated tests in Virtuoso and the tool includes a number of features which simplify the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you start using the tool it is easy to get confused about the state of the script you are creating. With a bit of practice you easily overcome this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that Virtuoso is cloud-based makes writing, maintaining, and especially executing scripts a breeze. With the self-healing feature, we were able to get a framework established to test 13 different domains/languages quite quickly without having any major issues. The speed might be the most surprising part, not just the execution speed, but the speed at which we can develop new scripts. The visual testing capabilities also open up new doors for our automation testing and make our scripts even stronger and better at finding defects. Pair all these features with an incredible team that supports our automation journey every step of the way and it makes the choice of automation tools quite easy. Pick Virtuoso!! The fact that you are unable to share checkpoints across multiple goals is not ideal. 90% of our tests revolve around one functionality, booking a car rental. This means that the entire workflow of renting a car needs to be duplicated across multiple goals which will make maintenance of these checkpoints slightly more time-consuming. Things would be much simpler if I could create the steps in one goal and then access those steps from any goal within the project.
Not being able to select specific rows from a test data sheet when executing a journey outside of an execution plan is limiting. There are plenty of instances where I need to make tweaks to a test case due to issues with one or more rows in the test data sheet, and being able to only execute the rows I need to from the journey or goal view would make things much simpler. Virtuoso is a flexible tool that allowed us to make strides into automation with a lowcode, blackbox focused testing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are aspects of the UI and interface that could be improved, especially in regards to the viewing of execution plan results/screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way it eases everything for testing.
I was never a fan of Selenium though I want to move into Automation however, this tool is a great help to my path towards Automation.
Highly recommended and very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing yet. I found most of things up to the mark and with new upgrades, more features will add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Healing, 2, End to end functional testing capability, 3. Multiple environment and browser testing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the training the screen size is tiny and difficult to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to build a test by recording a live user journey on the target website. This saves a significant amount of time building tests. The screenshots of failed tests are also extremely helpful when debugging live issues. The user interface is nice although it can be quite hard at times to navigate around when configuring a goal and viewing results of a test. It would be nice to have more basic navigation buttons or breadcrumbs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to create components of user journeys to reuse is very frustrating. It means having to often repeat the same steps across multiple goals. Probably the biggest issue by far.
It would be nice to be able to run multiple goals within a test plan as goals would ideally test a single feature of the system. Regression testing on the platform may require multiple tests to be fired at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use, fast and the support of extensions to overcome any challenge make's it a good choice for customer also the way we can use planners and time it according to our need is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The format for reporting is not available which makes it harder for any PM/Client to understand the results also we do not have a simple way to tag our results to our Release or specific task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
